Part 2! Sorry it's taken forever, I've been stuck in a whirlpool of creativity (and procrastination) on my Danube drawing adventure

I took an acrylic painting class last month at @wrensnestcolorado with the amazingly awesome (and super fun) @libraryofmarshallarts and I’m soooo happy with the results. Two paintings in a two hour class! Looking forward to trying my hand at it again soon 💕✨ by @nicolle.pratt

Since finding Wren’s Nest Studio in Prospect I’ve been overwhelmed with gratitude! On Monday nights @the_artist.tree teaches the most fun, liberating classes— always something different, always a good play time! Kate is an absolute gem of a woman and I’m blessed to have gotten to know her these past few months. AND I’m going to be teaching my own class— travel sketchbooking, naturally,— in October!! Beyond thrilled with the opportunity 💕🌸🖌️🌍🛫🖼️🧳✨ by @nicolle.pratt

Sketchbook from my first @mikelowerystudio and @katrinwiehle art retreat— to Agadir, Morocco!! I cannot overstate how much fun it is to travel with a group of like-minded (handed??) art lovers. Plus, this group will make you laugh till you have an accident and that is always a plus in my book (er, my sketchbook). @atlaskasbah was an amazing venue. Memories I’ll never forget — WHY?! Because I fricken DREW THEM!! Duh. by @nicolle.pratt

They say if you practice anything for 18 minutes a day after a year you’ll be better than 90% of the population. Today I set myself a timer and did a blind contour warmup (thank you, Vincent Desplanche 🩷), a screenshot I grabbed from a news notification on my phone and a pic I grabbed of the amazingly-maned @feribeiro at the Urban Sketchers Symposium in Buenos Aires. I want to be better, I want to make art my life, so let’s see where I get in a year. Everyone’s got 18 minutes a day, right? by @nicolle.pratt

My final sticker designs for Mike Lowery’s Weeklong Portfolio Challenge. Thank you, Mike, for getting the ideas flowing, them onto the page, teaching me how to get them into Procreate and then color them! Now… which one(s) to print? Tell me your favorite in the comments. Looking forward to another round of #GettingPaidToDraw in a couple weeks, and then getting to meet Mike in person in May! 🌟 ✍🏼 🎨 ✨ by @nicolle.pratt

Weeklong portfolio workshop with Mike Lowery— we’re making stickers! It’s a super fun, fast project with one of my favorite instructors ever and it’s getting me very excited to join him for his sketchbook retreat in Morocco in May (with my youngest son, Ryder!!) 💗✈️🎨 Tomorrow I’m hoping to learn to color one of these in procreate (my art tech skills are… nonexistent). Any opinions on which one I should finish? by @nicolle.pratt
