TSC results from a few weeks ago🔥

90KG deadlift - last PB was 85KG so buzzzing with this🤩

13 pull ups - previous max was 11 reps, again buzzing🤩

81 snatches - 🤢 hated every second of this but loved it after😂

Failed the 100KG, but I got it off the floor, just bitched out when I felt my form go😂

Told myself I’d never do another snatch in my life after this, but I’m all in for the next TSC in May😍

Loved the training & intensity & it’s been amazing seeing the numbers & weights go up 👆

Massive thanks to my coach @garethmolloy for the programming & help & support over the 12 weeks 💪🏼 anyone looking to improve their strength / get into kettlebells, get in touch with him!

Can’t write this post without mentioning @dylanreaa who trailed me to about 30% of the training sessions when I didn’t want to go😂 also my training buddy the entire 12 weeks 💪🏼

Brilliant experience all round, loved it and everyone absolutely smashed it 💪🏼 🔥 taken in No Limits Fitness by @niikaad

Honestly nutrition has been the make or break of my energy & mood postpartum

What’s been working for me recently is having 2-3 big meals per day. (Yoghurt bowl / eggs & toast / burgers, rice & chips have been on repeat!)

I think it’s huge to realise that recovery is measured on a deeper level than just your appearance❤️‍🩹

Little Sir’s first Waterstones trip 📚 🍼

@dylanreaa & I went here a few weeks before little sir was born and we were so excited to bring him to the children’s part & get him some books🥹

I think we had more fun than he did, revisiting some of our own favourite childhood books & now we get to share them with him🩵 by @niikaad
