So this week has been an awesome week for the NLF Strength Crew on their new online set up. They are currently all guinea pigging my secret Kettlebell Confinement programme - safe to say the feedback has been great so far.⁣
⁣
With this new programme set we are also setting some internal challenges to help keep the guys engaged at home. These will all range in intensity and creativity depending on the week. ⁣
⁣
This week it was the crow stand challenge. The crow (also known as frog stand) is a great bang for your buck exercise that’ll help you strengthen your wrists and shoulders, improve overall body control and balance, and set you up for all sorts of cool (and useful!) skills down the line. ⁣
⁣
Looking forward to seeing all the clients continue to get involved in these challenges and keep progressing week on week! ⁣

Another Sunday adventure for the No Limits Fitness Crew. Today we went to Enniskillen to Cuilcagh Mountain (Stairway to Heaven). 2 years ago we had a group walk up this but the weather was horrendous and we all couldn’t wait to get home because we where soaked to the bone lol
So today we had one thing on our minds a lot of “I hope it doesn’t rain” 😂😂 We got our wish and it was such a nice and relaxing walk with No Kettlebells or Workouts thrown in 😊

What a beautiful place and a great day’s craic with a lot of our amazing clients ❤️ #fitness #fitnessni #belfastgym #fitnessmembers #fermanagh #stairwaytoheavenfermanagh #cuilaghmountain #lovefitness #belfastireland

Today I am super grateful to this group for showing their trust and faith in me going to our Breakthrough Retreat in Lanzarote.
5 Days of awesome deep work, challenging fitness sessions and a ton of delicious food by our resident chef Gareth. Followed by two days of relaxing, reflecting and enjoying the sun.

What an awesome 7 days it has been with incredible laughter, amazing open & honest shares, connection and most importantly present communication.
Thank you to this Breakthrough crew for trusting me and helping me live out my dream every single day 😍😍 Can’t wait to get back and see the main man Kealan & Claire ❣️ See you soon Belfast

This was after a few too many Mojitos too🍹⁣

Currently having a cracking time in Lanzarote taking part in the No Limits Fitness Retreat. Delving deep into the mindset that holds myself and others back, figuring out why, then setting some solid goals to work towards not only in my personal life but professional and training also.⁣
⁣
We have a few days left to get as burnt as humanly possible and consume as many calories as possible then it’s back to the grind and working towards what we have set out to do. ⁣
