Hi! 👋 It’s me, Nikki, the face behind the photos 🤗 People are always asking me what my favorite thing to photograph is, and I honestly cannot give a solid answer 🤷‍♀️

What I love to photograph:
🥾 Travel + Nature
🛶 River Trips
💕 Love + Couples Big Life Moments
👶 🐶 Families + Furry friends
🍴 Food + Restaurants
🥂 Events, Concerts + Plays

One of my favorite roles is being the Creative Adventure Director for @openroadscreative 🥰 Shoutout to my colleague + friend @quamaethecreative for these amazing photos of me at “work” ✨

Maybe I’m supposed to narrow my focus, but I love that my every day is very different + I learn something new every time I pick up my camera 📸

Hit me up if want to do a shoot 💃

The Mall Fest 50 Art Parade will live on forever thanks to @nikhousemedia and @historyaspen.

Photographer Nikki Hausherr was there to capture every handmade costume, every open-hearted moment, and the full energy of a community celebrating 50 years of the Aspen Pedestrian Mall. Her portraits are a testament to the creativity and spirit that make this valley so unique.

Aspen Historical Society will archive them for our future generations to remember and for our public art program to endure beyond parade day. Get first dibs on the online gallery here! taken in Aspen, Colorado by @nikhousemedia

Bride & Groom portraits of my dreams.

Nikki + Shane, the way you two care for each other shows in every single image. It was the highest honor to be your wedding photographer.

Nikki is a very talented photographer herself, and Shane a videographer - which made this day even more fun to be a part of!

Congratulations, name a cuter couple! 🤍

I am SO excited to share that our @openroadsoutdoors film will be premiering at @mountainfilm in Telluride this weekend!!

We made this short while floating through one of my favorite places on earth, Gates of Lodore ✨ The super talented @getyouajosh was dancing so expressively and beautifully all four days, within the massive canyon walls and we decided we needed to capture and share the magic with the world.

Please check it out if you’re around this weekend! Screening in the Terra program 😊

👉 PLEASE check out @openroadsoutdoors - we do really awesome work, using the power of the outdoors and storytelling to empower everyone to be the best versions of themselves. by @nikhousemedia

A magical Winter wedding ✨ Kelli and Luke’s gorgeous, intimate celebration unfolded in the quiet of a snowy landscape, completely private with the stunning Maroon Bells watching over the ceremony. Congratulations to the newlyweds—it was a joy to capture such a special day! 🥰

This is your sign to propose this winter— and make sure I’m very involved 😊 From scouting the perfect location and setting the scene, to chilling the champagne and hiding nearby to capture the moment ✨ Whether it’s in the mountains, the woods, or downtown Aspen, I’ll follow you anywhere.
