Some places just instantly reset your entire nervous system. For me, that’s Puglia.
.
A corner of Italy stuck in time in the best possible way.
.
I wake up every morning excited for that first cappuccino. The coffee culture here is unmatched: pure, unpretentious and effortlessly elite.
.
It sets the tone for days spent getting lost in a maze of whitewashed alleys overflowing with flowers and eating fresh focaccia barese with a crust so crispy it deserves its own moment of silence.
.
Our roots here run deep. I married into a Pugliese family, so while home is France, Puglia is very much our second home.
.
Between family connections, local friends and years of hitting the pavement to personally experience every moment ourselves, we build the kind of trip you simply cannot Google.
.
For our Spring 2027 retreat, our home base is a private estate of traditional stone trulli. Architecturally stunning, UNESCO-protected limestone structures that have been standing for centuries.
.
It’s quiet, it’s chic, it’s perfect… the kind of place where your shoulders drop the second you unpack and sleeping under those thick stone arches feels like you’re in on that good secret.
.
From there, we’ll slip away to quiet Adriatic coves, artisan workshops hidden in hilltop villages and long, lazy lunches at local tables where you’re treated like family before the wine even hits the table.

Nothing clears my mind like a long walk through my neighborhood, especially when it leads to a local bakery for a coffee and something sweet. This simple ritual is my kind of therapy—movement, fresh air, and a little indulgence. 🤌🏾

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Dr. Lennette Benjamin, a trailblazing pioneer in hematology and Sickle Cell research. Her unwavering determination, expertise, and compassion touched countless lives, paving the way for future generations of patients and physicians. Beyond her professional achievements, she was a music lover, avid art collector, and phenomenal mother. Her legacy endures in the hearts she touched, the lives she transformed, and the inspiration she instilled in us. May her soul rest in everlasting peace. ❤️ by @nikibenj
