Wish You Were Here Wellness Retreats: Finding balance between ease & activity in the French Riviera.
📍🇫🇷

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

spending a long 7 hours in a mandatory series of french civics class today for the multi-year residency path. during my lunch break, i got to step out and explore. today was a sunny market day in draguignan and the streets were buzzing… a real glimpse into my daily life here since moving from the states.
.
it is not a tourist town at all, just real life and lively provençale energy. luckily i stumbled upon a store that has my hard to find hair products. it’s been a constant issue to find a place to buy them since moving here, so thank goodness for that small street i decided to go down.
.
definitely cool & productive vibes here today.

Some places just instantly reset your entire nervous system. For me, that’s Puglia.
.
A corner of Italy stuck in time in the best possible way.
.
I wake up every morning excited for that first cappuccino. The coffee culture here is unmatched: pure, unpretentious and effortlessly elite.
.
It sets the tone for days spent getting lost in a maze of whitewashed alleys overflowing with flowers and eating fresh focaccia barese with a crust so crispy it deserves its own moment of silence.
.
Our roots here run deep. I married into a Pugliese family, so while home is France, Puglia is very much our second home.
.
Between family connections, local friends and years of hitting the pavement to personally experience every moment ourselves, we build the kind of trip you simply cannot Google.
.
For our Spring 2027 retreat, our home base is a private estate of traditional stone trulli. Architecturally stunning, UNESCO-protected limestone structures that have been standing for centuries.
.
It’s quiet, it’s chic, it’s perfect… the kind of place where your shoulders drop the second you unpack and sleeping under those thick stone arches feels like you’re in on that good secret.
.
From there, we’ll slip away to quiet Adriatic coves, artisan workshops hidden in hilltop villages and long, lazy lunches at local tables where you’re treated like family before the wine even hits the table.
.
The waitlist for Spring 2027 is live. Very small group, completely dialed in, pure magic.
.
Send us a DM with « PUGLIA » to join the waitlist for first dibs before rooms open up publicly.

They said they needed to totally relax. Decompressing is our specialty and we take it very seriously around here. Because a beautiful trip isn’t just about the destination, it’s about the right places at the exact right moment.
.
We timed the lavender fields perfectly for peak bloom, where the perfume in the air instantly makes your shoulders drop. Then it was on to a hidden local beach with zero agenda, rosé in hand and water so turquoise it could cure just about anything. We ate, shopped and laughed through storybook Provençal villages, even stumbling on the most refreshing ice cream combo of the summer: melon, pear and lavender.
.
This is what we do at Wish You Were Here. We listen, we curate and we get the timing right, because knowing exactly when to show up makes all the difference.
.
Your version of this is waiting. Let’s build it. Send us a DM or visit the link in our bio to start planning yours.

And that’s why I created @wishyouwerehereretreats. To give other women the space to reset, reconnect, and remember themselves in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
