Joyyyfully presenting to you my contribution to the longstanding mix series by @timodeeprhythms and the first mix I’ve compiled in a while.

God only knows what I have sowed this summer, but here’s what we reap – 1.5h of club music from deep house to trance that is hitting the highs, touching the lows and ponders on everything undecided in between. ‘Hopeful melancholia’ all trhoughout 👍

Although it mostly includes music of about my kindergarten age, it also features few records from people and outlets who’s keeping the tripped out club sound thick, fresh and new as ever. So shout out to @9finity_ @magicwire_ @s.o.n.s_ (aka Dj Jacuzziy) @ekkel__ (aka Alvar) @matisa.dj (aka 2991.Mi) for that.

For me, this recording roots in experiencing this year’s wonderful Solstice, meeting new like-minds and having to close down the venue we had run for years. You can read a bit more on each down in the article.

Either way, I hope it keeps you good company wherever it finds you. Made of some of my all time favourites which has sure kept one for me.

🌀Deeprhythms is a platform and ecosystem of sorts that is puzzling together mixtapes from people around the globe and the backstories behind them. Running since 2001, conveniently packaged on a website allowing you to browse profiles, mixes and id’s all in one place – quite entertaining I outta say! (I know, i know… worry not, it doubles to soundcloud too)🌀

You’ll find both links in the bio(s) 🔗🌿

The most spontaneous NYE set with @ericfilipus ended making a big entry into the new globe spin and a great memory - it’s uplifting, affirming and some sequences are sooo satisfying to come back to. Quite a few of you Helsinki friends were there so hope it makes a nice reminiscence for you too 🌀🧠

00 collective debuts with the new big-room series SUBSEQUENCE in Kaiku on Saturday 11.04. For the first edition, the Helsinki-based party unit hosts Luca Lozano, as well as long standing residents and friends of the collective.

Known for the devoted work behind the scenes and running a popularly unknown off-the-radar venue, 00c now surfaces a layer up for the first collaboration with club Kaiku. The new SUBSEQUENCE night aims to amplify bullet-proof club music in big-room setting, cherishing the roots and experimentation in equal share. From experience, there are few people more fitting for the mission than Luca Lozano. Having already made history with audio-visual works via Klasse Wrecks and otherwise, the rave devotee will be bringing years of experience to the closing set of the night. Carlina Carpelan, as well as Nikita DJ and DJ Aleksi playing a joint set, lay the grounds. Kammari is taken over by local gems with a bold sound arsenal, covering the UK tradition, bass and minimalist prog sounds, to name a few.

Follow 00c for more info on the programme. Limited pre-sale tickets from Eventual 12€. Tickets from the door 16 €. Free entrance before 23:00. Welcome!

NYE 2025 - 2026 memories still bright as that strobo thing..

The past year has been truly dedicated to music, friendships and hard work. Once I am at it, I would also love to dedicate 2026 to… music, friendships and hard work. My dm’s are open twenty four seven all year round for you if you book or wanna get booked, host events or would like an introduction to one, if you wanna collaborate or if I can be of any other sort of help. See you in 2026 you already know 🫵🫵🫵

Just a feeeew things I love about house music in here. This one took a lot of digging, ripping and tossing the records around until I found that steadily bumpy and bumpily steady flow

And we gonna go all the way till it stops. That is, till I swoop the cross fader the wrong way 50 min into recording :))

Hey how are you guys doing? I’ve been quite aight! These only show a speck of my summer but that’s what I ll remember it for. Some bare statistics are a week in a tent, 800km of cycling, 100h dancing and maybe a day cracking up at my friends’ doings. Anchovies alone were joked about 2 times (attached). All things considered, these are some solid results.

Almost chronological with few swaps for the plot

We are at the bar this Wednesday ;-)

Really looking forward to performances of these fellas and playing some gnarly 2000’s finds to you, dug out of questionable online folders and dusty record bins. Bzzz
