You’re were so strong buddy, but I know you were in a lot of pain. You did so much for me, and Waylen. Even this, you knew I couldn’t do it without your help. 💔
We’ll be ok, I promise.
You get to go see Donny, and Cooper now and it doesn’t hurt anymore. I’ll take care of Ziggy don’t worry, he’s got Sherman now to help hold his heart.
Im so grateful you and Sherman got to have that last turnout together. It was a beautiful thing. I’m so sorry your body failed you baby. I hate this disease. I thought we had just a little more time. I love you so much always. You were such a good big boy. You don’t have to hurt anymore sweetheart. I guess you wanted to go with Woody. So I’ll be seeing you my dear friend. Now you’re an actual Pegasus and not just a Unicorn. Thank you so so so much for what you did with Waylen. She loved you so much.
Please tell Woody I miss him so much but now he’s gotta hang out with you until I get there. Rest peacefully my love 🙏

We had 10 and half years together and I thought we still had more. I know you knew you were loved and I know you were happy. The happiest and kindest most loving guy ever. You didn’t care about the things that so many other dogs would. Baby squirrels, baby rats, baby bunnies and more. You just loved everything and everyone. You loved to go to the beach and the barn. How ironic it is that you were accidentally killed at the barn. Your happy place. Doing what you did best. “Helping”
This past Saturday June 6th at approximately 9:15am you found yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time and were mistakenly run over and crushed. You were quickly brought over to me..they were frantically telling me to jump in the truck and rush you to the vet, which of course I started to do, but then I took one more look at you and I knew. I knew we had only moments left, if that. I demanded you be handed to me, I pulled you into my arms and I said, I love you, and you were the best boy ever, thank you for everything. I don’t know if you got to hear any of it because you were already gone. But I still held you and talked to you before I broke down.
I know you had more years left in you and I’ll never not wish so many things about that morning were different. But it won’t bring you back. I’m going to try to remember you as you were, my roll dog. From horse shows, to clients homes and barns, to rescues all over the place and several different stables and the beach. You were my sidekick for over 10 years and you were completely perfect. We slept together every night. You raised turtle to be equally amazing. You loved food especially whole bananas! lol my little potato bug!
My bed is so empty without you and I miss you putting your paw in my way. You were my best, most loyal friend and I’ll never forget you. I will spread some ashes at the barn and down at our spot on the rock at Little Dume and the rest I’ll keep home. I’m gonna have piece of my heart missing now but that’s ok. I’d rather that. It means I’ll always carry you with me. Until we meet again my dear friend, you go eat bananas and ride shot gun! I’ll take care of Turtle for you. by @nikjaec

You still had more time left. I can’t believe this isn’t a dream. I will miss you every day. We slept together for 10 years. My cuddle bug. You were by far the best dog I’ve ever had. I love you boy. I’ll make you a proper tribute post in a few days once I have more wits about me. Thank you for being the sweetest, most gentle potato, you helped me raise so many babies, you would never hurt a fly. You were just the best, and life will not be the same without you. My sweet guy. Go see Lucky and Sharky and I will see you again someday over the rainbow. My baby.
