Fun fact: Endometriosis has no cure. It is a chronic condition that requires a continuous and consistent change in diet and lifestyle.

I slipped up and these are my consequences.
72 hours of being attacked by my body.
My first episode in 13 months.

Reality is, I had an emotionally packed last year and I had so much going on that it felt harsh to be hard on myself. I got more relaxed, thinking I deserved a break from all my rules. I forgot that when you fuck around, you find out.

I started eating things I never eat, staying up late, eating out every meal, watching trash tv, and letting outside energies cause me massive amounts of stress. I know better and I didn’t do better. It seemed like no big deal in the moment, but here we are. So crazy how conditioned we are to self destruct.

Every action has a consequence and every choice is either healing you or hurting you. Sharing to remind you that being bad is not a reward for good behavior and that protecting your energy is the most important thing you can do.

We live and we learn. Trying to give myself grace. I am not a victim and neither are you. Our health is our responsibility and inflammation is not our friend. Read about it, it’s silently killing everyone.

Thank God for this wild body and this karmic sentence I’ve been given. It’s actually a gift that in order to feel good I have to be as healthy as possible.

I love you guys!
Let’s stick to the script & not self sabotage.

I’ve been dreaming about this moment for so long. I can’t believe it finally happened. It was everything I imagined it would be times a thousand. Beautiful, crazy, & healing af.

I’m so grateful it was today, when I was ready to trust and surrender. The old Nik would’ve freaked out ten seconds in — but I locked into my breath, released all desire to control, and became a witness to the experience.

I felt strong, safe, and calm. All discomfort was in my mind. The more I relaxed the better it felt. Our desire to control causes us more suffering than we realize.

Our bodies are always down for more, we just have to push past what we think we are capable of. Thank you @seancasey305 for teaching me that.

@silamiami has created the most beautiful space @pravilo.miami and @milanaquarius is an angel, thank you guys so much.

100/10 experience, can’t wait to go back 💛
