"Uh, yeah… we’ve got a bit of a problem here."

If that sentence triggers you,
you might’ve worked under a Bill Lumbergh.

He didn’t scream.
He didn’t insult.

But he destroyed trust with:

– Passive tone
– Bland body language
– Confusing messages

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝟵𝟯% 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗹,
𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼.

Leaders like Lumbergh don’t just kill productivity.
They corrode culture.

And the worst part?
You don’t realize it’s happening until it’s too late.

So ask yourself:

✅ Do my words match my tone?
✅ Do my tone and body match my message?
✅ Do I make people feel seen?

Because leadership is more than direction.

It’s connection. by @nikkiwalkerpr

Dear @ashleydelamode: For a week before @kelliyahparis called me I spoke your name to a friend who was heading to London. Everyday of that week I told them that I would call you and put them in touch. I never did. Then my babydoll called me. I knew from the sound and tempo of her voice. I just knew. Today I want to pause and reflect. You, sis, were love and obedience in action. You, sis, were Black Girl Magic realized. You, sis, carried the strength of our ancestors in your soul. You made us proud and you let us know that literally anything is possible. I’m not sure what my world looks like without you in it, but I’m going to do all of the things we planned. All of the things we said. I promise. Thank you, @ashleydelamode, for blessing us with your warmth, your kindness and your pure love. 🙏🏾🩷🪽

Your name will ring bells forever! Bet that! I love you, Ashley. 🕊️💚 taken in Lehi, Utah by @nikkiwalkerpr
