The 🌎 is My Runway! 🪡🌹👗🛍 Crysty Luv's Passion 4 Fashion presents STYLE ME LUV @stylemeluv @dreambigdcluv @cuteandcreativegifts | thanks @kfwnetworksocal

As a seasoned professional in the fashion industry, I began modeling in my youth in Washington D.C. and have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed producers, designers, strutting down the runway at New York Fashion Week, and assisting renowned designers and celebrity stylists on set. My expertise extends to producing successful castings and fashion events, and my artistic talents have afforded me opportunities to work as a sketch artist for prominent designers. I have also made appearances as an emerging fashion designer on several children's shows. I offer my services to host runway fashion shows at events. Stay tuned for my upcoming projects. I appreciate the support of everyone who has backed me.

So many things have happened in a year. A year since you’ve both been gone. March 23 and June 23, 2025.

But you would be happy, your girl is still moving forward. And I miss you. A quick text to tell you some mess, make you laugh, or get your help to remind me of the bar being set. Those walks and talks, the meeting of the minds. Thank you to the people you brought into my life.

Rest on sisters. Because of you, I slowed down a bit. I apologize less, I’m still dreaming and doing. And I make no excuses. ♥️♥️

This was the first time I introduced my girls together at a Memorial Day Celebration. Nikki meet Mia, take care of each other- until we meet again.

💜 Legacy. Love. Leadership. 💜

When I began the journey for “Leading From Within”, I had no idea how deeply it would be shaped by loss.

Nikki’s passing called me to a deeper truth—and what poured out became the heart of this book.

Her light reminded me that legacy isn’t something you leave behind—it’s something you live into.

Every choice, every act of courage, every moment of truth-telling builds the foundation of what remains after we’re gone.

“Leading From Within” became more than a book, for me. It’s a living testament to that truth—a space where stories heal, voices rise, and impact endures.

What will your legacy say about how you led, loved, and lived?

If you haven’t yet, I invite you to get your copy of “Leading From Within”—a book that honors Nikki’s legacy and invites you to consider your own.

“Leading From Within: A Conscious Leadership Collective”, now available (ebook & paperback) on Amazon.

A special congratulations to Women Tech Awards Finalist Dr. Lauren Mason Carris, whom I had the honor of coaching for her recent TEDxSaltLakeCity talk. Two big stages in two weeks! And a huge shout-out to Finalist Heidi Barnett, President of isolved Talent Acquisition (formerly ApplicantPro). Ten years ago, when I was CEO at ApplicantPro, Heidi was on my management team, and I knew she had huge potential then. It’s been awesome to see her lead the company as its last CEO through a successful acquisition to her role now.

Seeing the annual Impact Award go to dozens of stalwart STEM workshop and booth volunteers from industry and education who have served 5+ years in SheTech was a reminder of the joint contribution we all make to build this community. Their dedication is a huge reason over 400 young women in STEM graduate each year in Utah.

Eighteen years since co-founding Women Tech Council. It’s moments like the annual Women Tech Awards that really make that number sink in. The awards always feel a bit like a class reunion. It’s amazing to see the women who were there in the very beginning, when the awards ceremony only held 100 people. Those women got the first Defying Gravity statues (named after the original theatre production, where so many girls in the audience weren't even alive!). This is what 10x growth looks like!

To see those same women now—having navigated major public company career transitions and actively pursuing corporate board roles—is fulfilling my wildest dreams of what WTC could become. This sense of shared history also brought a moment of profound reflection as we honored four community members we lost this year, three of them gone far too soon. They are deeply missed, and their contributions will not be forgotten.

Kudos to Cydni Rogers Tetro and Kristin Wright & the whole WTC team and volunteers for pulling off yet another masterful awards ceremony.

This wasn’t all the authors from “Awareness Put Me On”, but was just over half.

And still…something magical happened that day.

People who had never met in person came together to celebrate what started as a seemingly wild (and dope AF) idea that turned it into something many only dream about.

I remember someone calling it “a little book/project”.

WHEW! My blood was boiling.

Let me be very clear. Don’t minimize what people have the courage to create. Especially, if you haven’t done it better, keep your “little” comments to yourself.

But I digress…

This day marked huge milestones for me (personally and professionally).

Most importantly, I was so excited and proud to bring some of my favorite people along for the ride.

To the Awareness Put Me On authors—those pictured and those not: You are the blueprint.

Thank you for your courage. Your words. Your YES.

I love you all forever!
