This is Nikolas.

A key member of our Associate Director team and Downtown specialist.

Nik’s reputation hasn’t been built from a few large transactions or a couple of good months.

Six years in Dubai real estate. 🏙️
Six years of learning, adapting, taking risks, hearing “no” more times than I can count — and continuing to show up.

It hasn’t always been easy. Behind every deal, there are countless conversations, viewings, negotiations, long days, late nights, and moments where you have to trust the process even when things don’t go according to plan.

But looking back, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.

Today, as an Associate Director at @whiteandcodxb , I’ve had the opportunity to work across some of Dubai’s most diverse and dynamic communities. My experience has gone far beyond just Downtown Dubai — from established prime locations to emerging communities, from end-users looking for their home to investors looking for the right opportunity.
