Back from holiday. Much fun was had. It’ll take a while to sift through all the photos, but I’m pretty pleased with this one.

I was taking a little break from posting at the end of December, so never got round to looking back on 2024.

It was a good year. I got more out of this platform than I ever imagined I would. Met a lot of great people, both online and in real life thanks to it.

Of course it’s not all about likes, but it helps to keep you going if you feel that at least some people appreciate what you do.

Here are five pictures from my five most liked posts (which were mainly carousels), followed by five of my personal favourites from the year.

Another one from the archives. A stormy afternoon in Brighton 2015. I have no idea why I only had my phone with me that day.

I’ve been taking a little break from this place, which has actually been very nice. I’ve barely touched my camera for the past three weeks, but slowly the itch is coming back.

@cph_zine_fest is coming up this weekend, so I’ve made a new issue of Pictures Make Great Pets, which is my long-running zine series. Issue thirteen is 56 pages, completely random, all in colour! Crazy, huh?
