I am very excited to announce that we have officially launched Xerf in my clinic and it has launched so hard and fast that i haven’t had a chance to put it out there. Its not even on my website yet 🤭

We love taking care of Rosie @nilamholmesclinics , not just because she has the dream face to work on, but because she is dedicated to her skin routine and also just a really great fun girl. A really fun weekend. Bejazzled myself for a festival type party which was so much fun 💎.. also surprised myself by actually enjoying glamping. I’m always worried about the hygeine, the bathrooms, the creepy crawlies etc. but this shepherds hut was fab and so clean. It was like a tiny appartment with an equipped and stocked kitchen and a proper full force shower. I mean, im not going to stay in a tent anytime soon but i might consider a posh yurt. Spent the rest of the weekend with Petes parents visiting different areas of Norfolk and it was just lovely (but i didn’t take any photos 🤭) What a beautiful part of England 💚 #glamping #norfolk and thank you @miamourhair_ loved my hair taken in Old King William Shepherd Huts by @nilamholmes

I am so happy for you Melanie 🥰 You look divine … so pretty and glowy and so happy … in fact this is the happiest i think i have seen you in the last 15yrs of knowing you my friend.

It was an absolute pleasure getting you ready ahead of your big day. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a relaxed bride and I’m so happy we managed to get some time in between you jetting around the world (although i know you went straight back to work after 😳).

I am now a nature girl! 😊

A wonderful @mayrlife_official x @drbarbarasturm for the launch of their new 4day anti inflammatrory reset program.

I had such a refreshing time in the company of some brilliant and inspirational women from various areas of the medical, health, beauty and fitness world. I’m sad to say i have been living an extremely inflammatory lifestyle for the last few years both physically, mentally and emotionally and although i only spent 4 days there, i left feeling recharged and inspired. Mayrlife is set on the most magical lake and in the mountains in Austria and i can honestly say i dont think i have been anywhere as beautiful.

With my fish phobia i was adamant i was not getting in the lake … but within an hour of being there, the girls got me in. The water was so clean and clear so i could do a fish reccie first - not one in sight!

We ate a really tasty anti inflammatory diet and i was not hungry at all but i did miss my tea. We swam and hiked around the lake and up into the mountains which was breathtaking (the view but yes, also my fitness 😮‍💨)

The health tests and treatments were really insightful .. not to brag, but i was in fact the first person in two weeks not to have any major intolerances 😝. I particularly loved the spa and the hypoxy training. I actually dont really enjoy having facials because my mind is so busy but my Sturm facial was just absolutely divine.

I should imagine Its the best medical health retreat in the world. I had the best sleep and woke up to wonderful views of the mountains and the sound of nature. Its most still and peaceful place where you can actually feel the energy of the mountains and the land. I wish i could spend two weeks really to do a deep dive into my health and full medical reset.

My signature pre event facial prep for the beautiful @pink ready for her night as super host @thetonyawards . She looks a total knockout - so beautiful and radiant!

I knew she would be a brilliant host but i didn’t expect anything like this! She brought everything: the vocals, the performances, the fun, the glamour, the outfits (and there were a lot of them!)…. and of course her light, her energy and her support for Broadway. I always say it - she is the greatest show woman and that night proved it!

I just watched the movie “I swear” with Robert in it and realised I hadn’t posted this. We had the pleasure of treating Rob to a facial @nilamholmesclinics just before the BAFTA’s.

What a lovely humble and appreciative person. If you haven’t seen the movie you should. It’s so good. I laughed and cried and learned a lot about Tourette’s syndrome.

Last week i flew out to New York to help get @evamendes ready for the @projecthailmary NY premier. I love treating Eva’s face, firstly because she makes my job easy with that facial architecture and secondly because it’s never like work.

I treated Eva to one of my @nilamholmesclinics red carpet treatments for that sculpted glowy skin ready for the magic glam team to do their thing.

I will do a proper breakdown of what was involved in this treatment (because i know you are going to ask) but i want to say a huge special thank you to @hydrafacial and @fox_collective for organising a loan of a Syndeo device so quickly 🙏🏽 I couldn’t have got the glow without it. 💙

I love comments like this! It makes my day. I’ve been looking after Michelle for a very long time now and people are always asking me about her skin regime.

Michelle is a new mum with a busy filming schedule so time is often tight and even though i only see her 3-4 times a year. she has always been consistent with what we do. As with all my clients, we always do a combination of treatments, often including rf and laser devices, that i design on the day depending on what concerns are present.

It really is tailor made to each person and definitely not a “one treatment suits all” situation.
