To get Barry’s face like this I combined different professional treatments over some regular sessions to target and treat concerns within different layers of the face. It’s like building a house. You have to make sure all the foundations are solid before you do the surface work. We formulated a manageable skincare routine for home.

Treatments included:

@btlaestheticsuk #Emface by to tone and lift the elevator muscles of the face and submentum area … especially good for actors who cant restrict muscle movement but want to keep deep lines at bay.

@ultraformerukandireland to tighten the SMAS layer and stimulate collagen. This was particularly brilliant in reducing the under eye festoons which are genetic and can make you look tired. @cwave_official Collagenwave to stimulate collagen and tighten skin. I then treated the skin texture with @skinpen_uk with @exocobioukandireland AsCe plus Slvr exosomes, @inmodeuk #Lumecca for pigmentation @almaukandireland Clear Skin to treat some breakouts.

The home skincare products include:

@isclinical_uk @puromistspray #drsformula @celldermauk and a couple of special formulas that I made up for him.

Some treatments and products may seem contradictory, eg: some deliberately cause inflammation for rejuvenation and others are anti inflammatory to calm and clear the skin. But its all about timing and cycling them properly. Don’t forget good skin comes from good health.

I am a huge advocate of NAD+ so I got Barry into using @vaion.io Nad+ autoinjector and @nuchido time capsules in addition to his supplements. Nad+ helps regeneration of the mitochondria and can help your body eliminate zombie cells

Fashion week is always a bit crazy and so fast paced. My go to fashion week prep to freshen, tighten and brighten the skin for my male clients is some emface from @btlaestheticsuk to give the elevator muscles of the face a quick tone up. I follow this up with Collagen Wave @cwave_official 🪄 to tighten and lift the face followed by a @hydrafacial_uk 💧 with a bespoke peel to exfoliate and hydrate and then some @deessepro LED light to give the skin a moment to calm down.

All this takes about 1.5 hours max and the client is straight out of the door to the show 👌🏽✨

Here’s a sneak peek of the beautiful @almaukandireland studios where I hosted a treatment day earlier this month. Treating some of the top beauty journalists with a full day of combination laser treatments was an honour.

Lasers have advanced so much, becoming more sophisticated, effective, and, most importantly, safe. I love Alma so much that I now have four of their devices at my clinic, @dermaspa_mk.
