Not a highlight reel!!

A big day is an understatement, here’s our journey up and along mt. Rundle, after peak 10 we moved down into the valley and the vlogs slowed down due to concentration and fatigue. Nils videoing the final push along the river between Rundle and Sulfur towards Banff and the Fairmont. Never have I been so depleted, emotional and happy to see my best friend @maguire_brice when he picked us up from Cascade falls at around MIDNIGHT.

We tackled snow, rocky scree, questionable scrambles, small 5th class pitches of trad, improvised anchors, repels (one of which we had to make an anchor due to snow on steep down climb), insane ridge walks, huge exposure, fatigue, cold, route finding, and navigation though a canyon in the dark on decent.

Niel’s Garmin helped capture some states from the day, I know for a fact I’m skinnier than I was at the start (Almost 8,000 calories burnt will have recovery taking a while) taken in Mt Rundle by @nils.k_o
