Life looks different now. This weekend was my first time back on the floor in over a year-as a mom, wife, and full time job.

I knew I wanted to compete at @crashcrucible, and only crash, for the start of my journey back into crossfit because it has the most well thought out programming that I trusted to test my fitness. Thank you @crossfitcrash for having me, and giving me the chance to see what I can do.

My husband @chaselooper - is my biggest fan and the best daddy in the world. The best part of every workout was having you and Scar so close to me 💗 Couldn’t have gone through this weekend without you.

@taylormidself and @bryson_delmonte have taken the best care of my mind and body, building back with extreme care & intention with the limited time I have to train. Couldn’t recommend @trainsentinel more!!!
