✨ In this workshop you will learn two creative techniques that help calm your nervous system.

🖌️ De-stress with the guidance of two HCPC registered Art Therapists in this gentle guided art therapy workshop.

🖍️ No artistic skill is necessary - this isn't about producing "good" art!

This workshop is suitable for anyone who would find learning the techniques beneficial. You are also welcome to join as a mental health professional.

📜 Certificate of attendance available on request.

This session will be facilitated by Katherine Heritage and Anne Stegmann, both highly experienced HCPC-registered Art Therapists with extensive clinical experience across NHS, private practice, group facilitation, and online therapeutic work.

Both practitioners are senior clinicians within The Art Therapy Agency, bringing significant depth of experience in trauma-informed, relational, and group-based art therapy practice. 🧑‍🎨 Your facilitators (The Art Therapy Agency):
