Stepping into 2025, here are my best moments from 2024. This was a year of learning, discovery and growth as I finished Spartan Races in Brimacombe, Montreal and Ottawa with @spartanracecanada and completed the half marathons at @chillyhalf @mississaugamarathon and @towaterfront42k . I did spend time in rehab with chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists at @myodetox, @thelabsportsmed , @streetsville_chiropractic and @soma.osteopathy.toronto - this was from my injuries from last year- but those injuries are behind me now. Thanks to all the chiros and osteos who treated me last year.
I learnt a lot from the podcasts I listened to especially @jockowillink @jackcarrusa @dailystoic @hubermanlab @cbcradiocanada and @wsj
Working out at @barryscanada @pyccitycentre @pycmississauga and @crossfit_pc I made friends, memories and gains - becoming faster stronger and my better self
I feel like a new person stepping into 2025. This could not have been possible with out the support of this community that I have.
What I take with me into this new year are these experiences, learnings, community and a better version of myself than I was 1 year back.
Cheers to a new year and goals for the new year.

Unreal energy today at the Canada 🇨🇦 vs Chile 🇨🇱 homecoming soccer ⚽️ match. Made it to the match today for all the memories of the @fifaworldcup 2026. .. from cheering for the home team to uberring the football fans around ... it was a memorable experience and I wish I had cheered more for the team and made it to the games at the stadium.. but here's to a new beginning and a new world cup campaign .
