During a virtual Doula services consultation, I was asked what is a birth doula and I told her basically, she becomes my Sister. I teach my Sister how to navigate the waters of Birth. I don’t let NOBODY play with my Sister at the hospital, and I help her stay centered in herself. #BirthDoula #BlackDoula taken in Mississippi by @nishatu_
