What a moment!

Moderating “Beyond Opulence: What Defines Luxury Today?” @globalhospitalitytalk with Erin Juhl - @designagency.co, Kevin Chan @nivekremas, Carl Almeida - @p49deesigninterior and Rodrigo Ohtake - @__ohtake was everything I hoped for—thoughtful, challenged and real. We went deep on what luxury means in hospitality today, and I’m not sure I’ve ever had a panel conversation that felt more like a genuine four-way dialogue.

But here’s what got me: at the end of the day, an audience member told me she was immediately inspired by the conversation and used one of our key points in a client meeting that afternoon. She had to explain to the client that value engineering had become devaluing to the project - and it landed!!!

That’s when you know a conversation matters. When it moves from the stage into someone’s afternoon, into their real work, into their client relationships.
