Spent last week on a panel telling Sheridan design students what I wish someone told me. Good room, good questions.

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate our first year of @30hazelton “Passport to Seoul” with us. Having so many of our clients, friends, partners, and supporters together in one room made the evening incredibly special!

Feeling very grateful for the community that has grown around 30H and for everyone who continues to be part of this journey with me.

What a beautiful way to celebrate year one 😍

What a moment!

Moderating “Beyond Opulence: What Defines Luxury Today?” @globalhospitalitytalk with Erin Juhl - @designagency.co, Kevin Chan @nivekremas, Carl Almeida - @p49deesigninterior and Rodrigo Ohtake - @__ohtake was everything I hoped for—thoughtful, challenged and real. We went deep on what luxury means in hospitality today, and I’m not sure I’ve ever had a panel conversation that felt more like a genuine four-way dialogue.

But here’s what got me: at the end of the day, an audience member told me she was immediately inspired by the conversation and used one of our key points in a client meeting that afternoon. She had to explain to the client that value engineering had become devaluing to the project - and it landed!!!

That’s when you know a conversation matters. When it moves from the stage into someone’s afternoon, into their real work, into their client relationships.

Grateful for this panel - thank you!!! - this community, and these conversations. Four new friends, a roomful of engaged minds, and a reminder of why I love this industry!

We can’t believe it has been two weeks since our Stay Gathering event at the Boca Raton—three incredible days of inspiration, networking, and unforgettable moments. 🥰💃
Highlights included:💫✨
• Hearing award-winning deaf singer, songwriter @mandyharvey’s story and watching her teach the entire room how to sign “Over the Rainbow”
• @amyjomartin’s eye-opening talk and workshop on the power of using AI as strategy
• @morrismorrison’s closing talk that had everyone laughing, crying, and (literally) jumping to Metallica
• An Italian dinner in an old beautiful cathedral on property
• A catamaran ride, beach day, cake decorating contest, tours of the property, and wine and cheese tasting
• A game night complete with skee-ball, pop a shot, and pinball
• Custom scents by @placeofaroma, selfie station courtesy of @summainternational and by @tskeventsflorida, and, of course, lots of hand-embroidered merch by @pbembroideryclub!

A huge thank you (see slide 17 for our toast) to all our amazing attendees and sponsors (see below)—we can’t do this without your support. We hope you walked away as invigorated as we did. We can’t wait for the next one!
