Night Time Pikachu ✨🌙

One of the new cards from the Pokémon 30th Anniversary set and I absolutely LOVE this one 💛

There’s something so special about a card that celebrates not only Pikachu, but so many of the Pokémon we’ve grown to love over the years.

Umbreon, Gengar, Eevee, Hisuian Zorua and so many more… all together on one card! There are so many little details to spot!

Fingers crossed I can pull the Daytime version too 🤞🏼

Most important question now… which one are you choosing?

POV: your cousin comes back from Japan and does not disappoint 🇯🇵✨

The Pokémon goodies in Japan are on another level, and I was SO excited to get all of these. You can’t get things like this in NZ.

Japan is VERY high on my dream travel list and this has only made me want to go even more. One day I WILL be walking into a Pokémon Center over there and probably cry tears of joy 😭

But for now… come see everything my cousin brought home for me! Forever grateful to her and that she even thought of me 🫶🏼

Which one is YOUR favourite? Because I genuinely don’t know if I could pick just one 👇🏼

30 YEARS OF POKÉMON… and THIS is how you celebrate. ✨

The 30th Anniversary Pokémon TCG set might genuinely be one of the most fun sets we’ve had in a LONG time.

The hit rates. The artwork. The nostalgia. 😭💚
There are so many beautiful cards in this set, and it feels like there’s something here for everyone, whether you’ve been collecting for years or you’re opening Pokémon cards for the very first time.

Personally, I think it’s such a fitting celebration of just how far Pokémon has come… while somehow still making us feel like kids opening packs all over again.

And I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t VERY excited about this one.

I just hope as many people as possible get to experience the magic of this set, so @pokemon please… print it to the MOON. We all want some. 🤞🏼✨

Now tell me 👇🏼
Have you managed to open any packs yet? And what’s THE chase card you need to pull?

Let’s compare chases in the comments 💚✨ by @nixstarrgames

It’s only taken me 30 something years to truly be myself and stop feeling guilty for doing the things that MAKE ME HAPPY.

The older I get, the less interested I am in doing things just because I feel like I “should.”

I used to feel guilty about spending too much time gaming, collecting things simply because I love them, choosing a quiet night at home, or slowing down when the world seems to glorify being busy all the time.

But somewhere along the way, I realised that growing up doesn’t have to mean growing out of the things you love.

I’m a strong believer in letting people enjoy whatever brings them joy. Play a game. Read a book. Go to the gym. Dance. Shop. Go out. Stay in. Collect the things you love.

Not everything we do needs to be productive, impressive or make sense to other people.

Sometimes, “because it makes me happy” is reason enough.

Life is far too short to spend it worrying about whether the things you love are cool enough or what you “should” be doing.

Let your light shine and keep being unapologetically YOU. Everyone is welcome on this side of the internet. ✨

It wasn’t about the grade. It was about the memories ✨
I couldn’t be happier to have this beauty protected in this gorgeous slab. 💚

It was so awesome having @premiercardgrading_nz at the @aucklandcardshow to offer same day and weekend grading as well their normal services! Such a treat! Big thank you to the team for caring for one of my fondest memories 🫶🏼
Now I can look at it constantly on display rather than hiding in my binder 💅🏼

Did you get a card graded over the weekend? What card? Share below 👇🏼
