May the new year bring unexpected connections, harmony and love outside the box. Because, really- what’s more romantic than a flying pineapple?🌟🍍 שתהיה שנה של חיבורים מפתיעים, הרמוניה ואהבה מחוץ לקופסה! 🌟🍍. #שנהטובהביןמעצבים #גלויותשנהטובה #roshhashana #happyroshhashanah by @niyati.froind

A big thanks to @shirleywaisman and @niyati.froind for having me, @annkoffsky, and @michaelbennerwrites for our presentation “Finding the Funny.” An audience of 90+ on four continents—the wonders of Zoom! We hope our presentation helped other picture book writers and illustrators add humor to their stories. by @niyati.froind

One tarot card. Two artists.
As a little personal project, Shirley and Niyati illustrated The Fool—the one who steps into a new journey with a flower in hand, a loyal companion by their side, and an open heart.

Here's to The Fool.😊
Here's to new beginnings. ✨
