POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One of my favorite parts of filmmaking is editing. When it comes to sitting down with all of your footage it reverts me back to a writer’s mind. The difference is rather than having the freedom of putting your vision from mind to paper, you now have your film in pieces and can only work with what exists in your footage. Which is scary in itself… 😬

There’s no more fantastizing or conceptual brainstorming, it comes down to putting the puzzle together and rewriting your story by using visual literacy and spending A LOT of time with your characters.

This is always the hardest part of having a dog, saying goodbye. For 15 years you bought nothing but joy and happiness to everyone around you, we couldn’t ask for a better dog. See you around Frankie. by @niz_10
