Watching my daughter deliver a heartfelt speech in front of such a big crowd made me so proud. ❤️ Clearly, she gets her confidence from me 🐒……the preparation and making sense must be from her mother. 😄 by @njilo007

For beginners, football is not about powerful kicks or complicated skills. At this age, coordinating the feet, body, attention, and ball is already a meaningful challenge.
We introduce those foundations through play. Short demonstrations and simple challenges help young players practise balance, body control, and small soft touches that keep the ball close.
What looks like play is also helping the child become more comfortable moving with the ball and ready for the next step.
Strong football foundations begin with small steps, and those steps should still feel fun📈⚽️🔥 #girlssoccer #fyp #ballmastery #beginner #soccer by @njilo007

SA Boxing Talk has officially renewed its partnership with IBF South Africa. 🥊

This extension takes the podcast to new heights as we continue building the biggest boxing platform in the country.

Thank you to IBF South Africa for your support over the past year. We’re delighted to be back for another year together, and there’s plenty more to come.

This is Banda from Malawi 🇲🇼. He has been working for our family for more than 20 years. I was in Grade 10 when we employed him as our housekeeper. We even gave him a Zulu name, Thabani. Pictured here are Banda and I at my boxing match against Big Zulu 🥊
Sadly, we had to let him return to Malawi 🇲🇼 so he could sort out his papers, as they had expired. As painful as it was to see him go, it was the right thing to do. Continuing employment on an expired work visa in South Africa is illegal.
Let us do the right thing and encourage our workers, friends, spouses, partners, colleagues, and family members who are staying illegally in our country to regularise their status. Once they have sorted out their papers, they are more than welcome to return legally and continue contributing to this beautiful country the Lord has blessed us with. God bless our beloved nation 🇿🇦❤️ by @njilo007

Partners 🖤 - We met in high school during our matric exams. Little did I know that the girl I was borrowing a calculator from would become my future wife. 19 years later, and we’re still going strong 🤌🏿 by @njilo007

A day well spent at the Absa SuperSport Shootout 2026 Golf Day
Nothing beats a day on the course with great people, good laughs, and unforgettable moments. ⛳️ 🏌🏿‍♂️

Whats even better is that @absa.southafrica donates R250 for every birdie, R500 for every eagle and R10K for every hole-in-one towards community upliftment initiatives like planting veggie gardens.

Great golf can create an even greater impact beyond the course.

Take It To The Course, For Good. 👩🏽‍🌾🍀⛳🥕🏌🏽‍♀️
