The Target Man has unfinished business.

Phumlani Njilo speaks on the lead up to fighting Greg earlier this year — until injury forced him out.

Now, we settle it at Glory. After making his name in the ring against Big Zulu, Phumlani's got a target on his back. G Shock, meanwhile, comes in active, experienced and ready for war.

Njilo's message: “I’m going to give you guys a show.”

Will it be NJILO or GREG that takes it home?

To improve your 1v1 dribbling as a beginner, you need to build from the basics first. Focus on keeping the ball close, staying balanced, and changing direction smoothly not just speed.
Start slow, build confidence, then increase your pace as your control improves. Simple drill. Better control. Better player.
Master your body control and the ability to change direction, then apply those same movements with the ball. After that, practice them in 1v1 situations, and step by step bring them into real team play.

Just before you level up, you’re going to face a lot of challenges. I truly appreciate everyone who has backed me and supported me through it all.

@ibf_southafrica @intveldtwins @chris_thewolf_thompson appreciate you, bro. And to my team at Boxing 5, Collin, Nathan, and Uncle Larry — thank you for believing in me and putting in the work alongside me.

We’re going to win. When it’s all said and done, we’ll look back and know it was all worth it. 🥊💯

For beginners, football is not about powerful kicks or complicated skills. At this age, coordinating the feet, body, attention, and ball is already a meaningful challenge.
We introduce those foundations through play. Short demonstrations and simple challenges help young players practise balance, body control, and small soft touches that keep the ball close.
What looks like play is also helping the child become more comfortable moving with the ball and ready for the next step.
Strong football foundations begin with small steps, and those steps should still feel fun📈⚽️🔥 #girlssoccer #fyp #ballmastery #beginner #soccer

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM IBF SOUTH AFRICA

As IBF South Africa, we are deeply saddened and disturbed by the ongoing acts of violence against women and children in our country. The recent discovery of yet another victim, bringing the reported number to seven, serves as a painful reminder that gender-based violence remains one of the greatest challenges facing our nation.

We strongly condemn all forms of violence, abuse, and brutality against women, children, and vulnerable members of society. No person should live in fear, and no family should have to endure the pain and trauma caused by such senseless acts.

Our hearts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and the communities affected by these tragic events. We stand in solidarity with all those calling for justice, accountability, and meaningful action to end gender-based violence in South Africa.

As IBF South Africa, we remain committed to supporting families and communities during times of loss and grief. We are ready to assist in whatever way we can and will continue to advocate for the dignity, safety, and protection of every human life.

We also call upon all South Africans to unite against violence, to speak out against abuse, and to work together in building safer homes, communities, and a better future for generations to come.

Above all, we are praying for our nation. We believe that God will heal our land, restore hope, and raise a generation that values life, respects women, and protects the vulnerable. Despite the challenges we face, we remain hopeful and believe that a brighter future is possible for South Africa.
