What a way to close out the school holidays!

Our Huddle Holidays Volleyball Tournament returned bigger than ever, welcoming a record-breaking 24 teams, making it the largest tournament in our history.

Yesterday, we had the best time @nmfchuddle school holiday volleyball tournament! 🏐

We set up a fuelling station packed with snacks to keep the young players going between matches. We also got to chat with them about how food supports energy, performance and recovery, with plenty of practical ideas they could try straight away!!

Such a fun way to bring nutrition to life through sport. Thanks to The Huddle for having us along! 💙🤍 taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @nmfchuddle

She is Wyndham-based and her mum attends the club's Huddle Up! In Community Hubs program in Truganina.

Celebrating Women’s Health Week across our Community Hubs!

From the 7th to the 11th of September, women across our Community Hubs came together to celebrate Women’s Health Week by starting important conversations about the role physical activity plays in our overall wellbeing.

From taking that first step to try something new, the week inspired connection, confidence and movement, with social walking and fitness groups taking shape across our communities.

A huge thank you to all the incredible hubs that got involved, and to every woman who embraced the opportunity to prioritise her health and wellbeing.

Day 2 of Huddle Holidays was all about trying something new as we learnt the art of tennis and fencing! Whether it was swinging a racquet or sword, our participants got stuck in, learnt new skills and had plenty of fun along the way.
