New adventure.. Blackbelt adventure.. Countless hours of learning, training, practising, and pushing myself to prepare for my exam. Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come and everything I’ve achieved so far. 💪🏻

A HUGE shout-out to my partners in crime, @oona_tkd and @betta_territory 🙏🏻🥰 I couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you for being part of this journey, for all the hard work, the support, and the moments we’ve shared along the way. We did this together! 🙌🏻

A special thank you to Sabum @ss_timkool, Tim and Sabum @rorydevries for making my exam possible and for giving me this opportunity. I’m truly grateful! 🙏🏻

And to my family, my trainers, my friends and everyone who has stood by my side: thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ I feel so blessed and happy to have you all in my life. Your trust, support, encouragement, and help mean more to me than words can express. They are truly priceless.

I’m excited to see what the future holds. Here’s to new challenges, new goals, more Taekwon-Do adventures, and many more beautiful memories to create together! 🥋✨

What an experience and an adventure 🤩 Taekwon-Do 🥋 ITF World Cup Benidorm 🇪🇸

I’ve put in endless hours of training, improving, repeating, and perfecting every last detail…

All in all, I can look back on a great performance… I’ll take everything with me; I’ll use these tools to improve myself once again, repeat the process, and refine the details. All of this was made possible by my greatest source of support, my trainers @ss_timkool, @myinnerstrength.nl, @cody_oranje and @joevandorst. Oh, if I didn’t have you guys… And now? From here on out, we’ll keep building, and who knows what the future will bring ✨

Pattern could have gone better—I finished 17th out of a pool of 137 competitors.

Pre-Junior Sparring 🥈 | With my belovend coach @joevandorst. #Dragonopen26🐉 I’m proud of my performance. I focused on my breathing exercises—an underrated aspect, but oh so important in elite sports. Everything is starting to fall into place more and more. I’m surrounded by wonderful, fantastic people who make that possible. I’m incredibly grateful, so thank you, and thank you all so much @joevandorst , @myinnerstrength.nl , @cody_oranje and ofcourse my parents @r._van_der_ven and @victoriavanderven ☝🏻🙏🏻🔥🫶🏻 🔜 And on to the World Cup with @ss_timkool , a new adventure and a new chapter ✨ taken in De Bonte Wever Assen by @noa.vdven

Pre-Junior | Pattern 🥇 | My belovend coach @joevandorst #Dragonopen26🐉 This tournament was a great warm-up for me ahead of the World Cup in Benidorm. In both pattern and sparring, I’ve been focusing on my 🧘🏼‍♀️ breathing. In addition to training, your body also needs breathing exercises, and I’m trying to make those a more natural part of my routine. Unfortunately, breathing is too often seen as “woo-woo,” but it’s incredibly important in elite sports. And 🔜 now on to @itfworldcup_benidorm2026 with @ss_timkool by @noa.vdven

A huge thank you to @ziga_zagoranski for two fantastic private Taekwondo sparring sessions with me!🥋👊🏻

Your patience, technical expertise, and personal coaching made a real difference. These sessions were a great addition to my preparation for the World Cup in Benidorm and the Dragon Open.

I learned so much, gained more confidence, and truly enjoyed every minute on the mat.

Thank you for your time, dedication, and for helping me and take the next step in my journey. Me and my parents really appreciate it! 💙 #manyandbigthanksziga🙏🏻 #trusttheprocess #growth #mevsme #itftaekwondo taken in Maribor, Slovenia by @noa.vdven

Last weekend, a good organized Taekwondo tournament with many wonderful volunteers, including my parents and many more!
Not my best tournament, but despite all the new developments, I still achieved a wonderful 🥉 place for Pre-junior Sparring 12-14 bronze 🥉 and gold 🥇 for Pattern Pre-junior 12-14.
A big 🗣️shout out to my beloved coaches @joevandorst and @femkebulsing 🧡 #thedragonopen #letsgrowgrow🌱 #workinprogress⚠️ #onewayticket #onlywayisup⬆️ #ıhaveadream #dontstopdreamingbig #dontquitonyourself taken in De Bonte Wever Assen by @noa.vdven
