I’m honestly so grateful that I got to experience this World Cup surrounded by so many important people in my life. ❤️

It felt so good to see everyone again, watch everyone do their thing, and be able to share such a special moment together. And most of all, I’m just really happy I could step onto the tatami, do what I love, and just be myself.

These are the moments I’ll remember for a long time. So grateful for everyone who was there and for this whole experience. 🥋❤️

✨World Cup 2026’🇪🇸🌺
@itfworldcup_benidorm2026

🥈~ Junior female 2nd degree pattern

The past few weeks have been the biggest rollercoaster for me, but also one of the biggest lessons I have ever learned.
Im grateful for all the people supporting me and standing behind me no matter what!🫶🏻
This one is extra special to me, but without my team around me I wouldn’t have been able to do this. I havent actually been able to let everything sink in yet, but what I do know is that im really grateful for the people around me that got me this far even when I didn’t think I was able to do this🫶🏻
Thank you for believing in me when I don’t believe in myself. And thank you for reminding me of my worth. There are a few people I especially want to thank:

@iwansleeuwenhoek & @tkdacademynimjae for making me feel so welcome in your team❤️

@ursaterdin & @ursa_sportpsych for making sure I was in the right headspace before and after stepping on the tatami. And for always being there through every high and low❤️

@borook for always standing behind me no matter what choice I make or however I feel. You always make sure to show up for me, more than anyone ever did. Even though you weren’t there in Spain you always made it feel like you were. This medal belongs just as much to you as it does to me🥹

Ans lastly @thedragon_tapilatu thank you for not only coaching me to the finals, but also through every decision and step I had to take to come there. Thank you for playing such a big role in my preparation. Knowing I can always fall back on you made this chaotic week a little easier❤️

Im excited to see what will come next and im even more excited to make so many new memories with the sport I love the most🌟

Trots op iedereen die er gisteren stond. Op en naast de mat! ❤️

Op naar de World Cup! 🔥
