While I still have 2 years to go, I am very happy to have received my white coat symbolizing my start as a student physical therapist. My excursion through school has just began but it has already proved itself as an amazing opportunity to learn some incredible things, to meet even better people, and to grow in impactful ways. I can't wait for the next two years! 🥳

Just some fun pictures from a very fun show. 🎄

When I was looking back through my pictures and videos, I realized I have plenty of things I haven't shared yet. I just felt like posting these to help myself remember to love what you're doing in the moment. Although I may not be performing right now, I still love circus and I still cherish my time as a pirate. 🏴‍☠️

Just a small piece of my collection of final pirates videos! 🏴‍☠️

As I grew in the performance/circus world, I realized that I loved clowning and character work more than anything I was doing. So even something as simple as making a funny face or interacting with audience just for a split second would be so fun and exciting for me. Even making a connection to just one person made all of the effort worth it. Along with this came a confidence that I developed and learned to appreciate. I am and always will be thankful for circus and performing on stage. ☠️

The "Pirate Plaque" is officially finished!! 🏴‍☠️

This was an idea I had last year that I felt like I could actually bring to life. Performing as a circus artist was something that I wanted to immortalize and commemorate. It took a while and it has gone through many revisions and changes, but it has finally been completed!

I never would have been able to do this without the help of some of my favorite people: @ginny_ransom @mightymouse1994 @ramseydivenfineartist @tropicthai and @hayythai
Thank you IMMENSELY for all of your contributions and help, this piece is not only a way to remember Pirates, but a way to show my admiration and love for you all. I appreciate you and I cannot thank you enough. (Credit to Ramsey for the amazing art on the wanted poster!!)

To the rest of the cast and crew, thank you for taking the time to sign the back and make this project even more incredible and memorable!!

I am extremely excited to officially announce that I have been accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Charleston Southern University!

I was actually accepted into the program in September of last year, but I wanted to take in all of pirates before I completely switched gears to school again. Today was the first day of orientation and I begin classes next week. I am very excited but also very nervous. I feel very welcomed at CSU as well as feeling like this is the place I am meant to be. I am proud to be part of the CSU DPT Class of 2028!

"Our journey may have ended, but each dream brings a new frontier".
Words that I never truly took to heart until now. After almost three and a half years, my time at Pirates Voyage comes to a close. When I first began my journey here, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, I only knew that it was super cool and that I was extremely excited to learn and perform on stage. Looking back on videos/pictures from my first year, it revealed to me just how much I've grown. I have learned how to perform, how to take care of my body, how important it is to treat people with kindness and respect, how to connect with an audience, how to connect with other artists, how to value the things I'm able to do, how to be grateful for the things I do, how to have trust and confidence in myself, how to be a better leader, how much I love performing on stage, how much I love clowning, how much I love being a circus artist, and how much I love circus.
This show is a "once in a lifetime" opportunity. The acts I’ve performed exceeded every expectation, and I’m so grateful to say, "I've done that."
After my last show, we were given the immense gift of an announcement from Blackbeard and an unexpected standing ovation from a sold out crowd. It is something that I will probably never experience again. The emotion and energy was insane and I am so thankful for everyone for giving me that moment. What's even better though, are the words and hugs from my castmates. To all of you I say this: Thank you. Thank you for all of the words that you said to me that night. I cannot express how much it meant and I honestly didn't expect any of it. I've done my best to be the best version of myself that I can, and I never could have imagined the impact that I had on any of you. I only hope that I continue to be the person that you all can look to and be proud of. Continue to help each other and lift each other up.
There is so much more that I want to say, but with that being said, I will forever be grateful for my time at Pirates Voyage. Through the highs and lows, this place has changed me for the better. And I cannot be more proud to say that I was once an acrobatic pirate. 🏴‍☠️ by @noahhensley9

Last night we had the incredible opportunity to see the Cirque de Paris!!! 🎪

It was such a great show with a myriad of memorable and fun acts that had me cheering and clapping all the way through. Afterwards however, we had the opportunity to talk with some of the performers who were the most gracious and kind people. Our conversations about circus and performing reminded me of how lucky I am to be a part of the amazing circus world. Thank you to everyone who makes this production possible!!

@pedrorampinjrofficial thank you for sharing your story and inspiring me to be a better performer. I enjoyed our conversations and I hope we see each other down the road!
@duonavasilks and their straps act was incredible and had surprises that had me on the edge of my seat. Thank you for sharing your talents with us!

@luzia.cirquedusoleil was such an incredible journey and experience. My jaw was on the floor the entirety of the show. This is one of the most incredible performances I've ever seen in my life and I was absolutely enthralled by it. Thank you to the performers, riggers, techs, musicians, staff, and everyone else that makes this show possible.

And a special thank you to both @ivan_theflan and @cochisemonteiro for your immense kindness and generosity for giving us the opportunity of a lifetime to experience backstage. I cannot thank you enough 🙏. Also thank you to the extremely talented @galexey94 for allowing us to take a picture with him!

If you have the means and ability to, I cannot recommend Luzia enough. The intimacy and beauty of this show absolutely blew me away.
