Where do I even start…this show has changed me in every way. My mind, my body, my confidence, my relationships, my friendships, my approach to learning, to people, and to experiencing the world around me. I’ve overcome so many things outside of and within the bounds of this show physically and mentally truly shifting who I am moving forward and saying goodbye to this life may just be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. There have been many ups and many downs, many people who I’ve had the privilege to perform along side and thousands and thousands of audience members that I’ve had the absolute privilege of connecting with through this art. I couldn’t have done it without the constant support and assistance from my Noah. We moved to Myrtle Beach almost 3.5 years ago with dreams and honestly quite a bit of fear but we’ve built such a life, become confident performers. We got engaged on this stage, one of the many joyful moments etched into my brain forever. Thank you my Noah for bringing me to Myrtle Beach and for playing such a huge hand in my privilege and ability to perform on this stage. I also want to thank my best friends here, Josh and Ramsey. You two were truly meant to be in our lives. You two made it feel like family was never too far away. I’ve said since the start that Ramsey, you are a perfect mixture of me and all my sisters and you brought me so much comfort in feeling like I had family in Myrtle. And I’m so thankful for every moment you have captured of us on stage through your amazing talents. Josh, you have been like a big brother to me and more. You’ve always been there for me to help me, coach me, and support me every single step of the way. I wouldn’t have been able to make it to this stage without you. And to every other amazing person I’ve met and loved along the way…you’ve all taught me so much, brought me so much joy, and have shown me friendship like no other. Regardless of the pain and tough times…I love you all, I love this stage, and I love that I can forever say that I did this, I was once a professional circus performer for Dolly Parton…🤙🏴‍☠️⚓️

@ginny_ransom and @noahhensley9 I’m crying as I write this - it’s impossible to imagine not being there for your last show and seeing your send off but sometimes that’s unfortunately how life works. What an honor and a privilege it has been to be on this journey with the two of you as your photographer but more importantly as your friend. To have been there for your first shows and to have had a front row seat watching you both blossom and grow as performers has been truly remarkable. I can’t imagine watching the show and not looking for and capturing your little moments of character work, new skills, or finding each of you doing something silly for the camera (and the audience but mostly for the camera). Not seeing my favorite mermaid gliding through her routine and capturing the hearts of all of the kids in the audience, and not seeing Noah’s character work during games, interacting with the opposite crew and getting the best audience reactions to his grinch impression is unfathomable. You have both pushed so gracefully through so many hurdles and accomplished so much during your time with this show. I am so thankful that Pirates brought you both into my life, I can’t imagine the last three years (going in 4) without the two of you in it to experience all the good things and hardships. I’m so excited for you both to start the next chapter of your journey and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for you in Charleston! In the wise words of Winnie the Pooh, “How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard” but it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later! Here’s to all the new memories we will be making in the next phase of life and lots of visits!

Song choice may be a bit dramatic but it feels appropriate, peep the last two photos to see how I’m really feeling about these two leaving me :(

I love you both more than words! Happy last show, I can’t express how much I’ll miss seeing your faces on stage and in my daily life 💕✨🏴‍☠️

What a great experience being able to view this incredible show, Luzia, from the inside! It is so admirable to see the abundance of respect these performers show to their art form and to their fellow cast members. Thank you @cochisemonteiro for being so gracious to invite us to share in your work for the evening!! ¡Feliz cumpleaños! And thank you @galexey94 for the mid-show offer of a photo-op! You are unreal!! Much appreciation for the kindness and advice from these amazing performers!

Love a good dramatic arm raise moment. Peep me in the back as a lil ol townsperson in a rendition of a Christian story.

Let’s start healing - shall we? ✨

Religious wars have some of the deadliest mortality rates in all of the history of human conflict. As humans we need to awaken to the fact we are all #OneTeam

If your god requires you to harm another for some sort of ideological beliefs, that’s a false god. Let’s honor one another and Gaia herself, yeah? I believe in the human race and our potential to work together and heal ourselves, one another, and this beautiful planet we get to call home. ❤️
