Too many coaches mistake complexity for effectiveness. Athletes don’t need circus tricks to get better—they need fundamental, proven training methods that build strength, speed, and resilience.

Balancing on a BOSU ball while juggling won’t make you more explosive. Running with a parachute attached to your back won’t make you faster if you don’t first learn how to sprint properly. Complexity doesn’t equal results—smart, progressive training does.

Stick to real strength. Master real movement. Focus on real performance.

Welcome to my no-BS Instagram!

The fitness world is full of trends, fads, and recycled ideas. A wise man once told me:

“Show me what exercise you’re talking about, and I’ll tell you what we used to call it.” – Al Vermeil

A barbell hasn’t changed much over the years, but training philosophies sure have. Let’s talk, debate, and challenge each other to ensure we push the needle forward. Just because something is popular doesn’t mean it’s beneficial for athletes.

Know the WHY behind your training.

Let’s cut through the noise and elevate performance the right way!
