A little over 5 years ago my dad and I had an idea for a mid length scaled down to kids size. We reached out to my shaper, Ken @nocoastsurfboards and together we came up with the PLTYPUS. This board was magic, but I out grew it. We figured it was time to build another one but with a few updates. The PLATYPUS 2.0 has a similar outline to the original but we moved the wide point a few inches forward, narrowed the tail a little, and gave it more aggressive rails. Also, updated the logo to 😄 What do you think? Just need some waves now to try it out. Be sure to check out @nocoastsurfboards and hit Ken up if you’ve got an idea for a board you want to tryout!
