A few pics from the sunset session a few weeks back.
The waves have been really small the last 6-12 months so I’ve been riding a long board more. Started trying to learn to cross over when moving forward and back.

This past Saturday was the annual @greatlakessurffestival
We had great weather and a very small swell that lasted all day. I wish it would have been bigger, but it was great for giving lessons. The event brought out a ton of surfers, shops, and venders from across the Great Lakes Region. The lineup did get a bit crowded though. Watch the full video to see how crazy it got 🤪

Oh what a feeling 🤙

Day 2 included some more waves and just as many smiles! Surfing is surfing whether you’re standing, prone, planking (I mean - look at that form 🙌), driving the bus or some other stylish poses- and we saw a bit of them all today.
