It was such an honor to perform for the full moon ceremony at @trilogysanctuary along side my fire sister @spectraflow the deeply intentional curated space allows for artists, performers, instructors from all walks of life to showcase their creativity and art with such freedom, while also opening up space for movement and healing classes, and dance parties not to mention the amazing food and drinks. San Diego has been blessed with such a gem. Please go check it out ✌🏼 #flowarts

Last year I realized it had been more than a year since I had filmed myself free flowing. And it’s because I no longer posted on IG videos of “look what I can do” my IG now features a performance bio. I post, delete the app and move on. So here’s a 5 min video that I’m sharing to the flow community. Movement is medicine. This one’s for you Dilla 🐕🐾💛 by @noctemflou

It was such a pleasure performing along side such talented, strong, professional performers. Thank you @flowboxcircus for having us perform at the living desert, and a special thanks to @chelsea_sphere for producing these beautiful costumes and a blossoming show #circusShow

This all girls circus troop is such a fun loving group of dynamically versed talent and I’m honored to perform along side and learn from decades of experience
We performed in front of a sold out crowd and had a blast!
