A indian womens spirit appeared to me in the desert as I was gazing amongst the Joshua tress sitting on a rock that was as old as the ocean. I had never spoken to a Indian soul until that day.
Her soul was weightless as if she was the element of air herself
She spoke to me and said
"Be as air"
These 3 words changed my life forever
And when I feel myself being heavy, I go back to that place in the desert and remember her words of air
