These are 1 year apart. 1st one was in the crunch of prep.
2nd, in my grow season. 💪🏼
It’s amazing what our bodies are capable of.
YOU just have to give it the environment it needs to get the results you want.
Consistency is key. Nutrition is really what is’t all about.
Just show up and only look back to collect data to make the gains you’ve looking for.

I’ve been in a growing season. Just grinding away at consistency, hoping that I am making progress but just doing all the things regardless of what I don’t see or haven’t seen yet and then….
My favorite admirer and support walks around the corner and his jaw dropped and he whipped out his phone because this is what he saw & he liked it 😊
This was such a pleasant surprise.
This is 11 months of post show growth.
I like it and am so thankful 🥰
Going to keep growing. Cannot wait for what 2027 holds!

This happened November 2025. I've been in a grow season this year and super excited to see what l've accomplished in 2027.
Consistency is key and we'll just keep showing up and doing all the body building things.

This visit was just what the Dr. ordered 🥰
When friends actually are family.
Ember and I have been friends for half our lives. Our kids don’t know a day they weren’t in each other’s lives.
Our oldest girls celebrated their first birthdays together 🥹 They are a month apart in age as are our boys ☺️
God is so good. He saw 2 Kentucky girls who were raised with all brothers in 2003. I think Jesus felt like we needed a sister in our lives 😆 I probably prayed for a sister at some point in my life. HE Placed a college in Minnesota on their minds. We landed there and met and have always stuck together.
No, we didn’t go to each other’s weddings but we celebrated each other during that time. Because you know, life happens and location can get in the way. But, I always know she’s there and I hope and pray she knows the same about me because, as long as there’s breath in my lungs I will be. ❤️

Finally getting rain 🙌🏼🙏🏼 I love the sound and smell of all of this.
It’s been so long. 😍 We’ve been in a drought. All the brown and crispy grass has been a bit sad to see. So thankful it’s finally raining on our property.
So thankful for the Sabbath. 🥰
