“A liberdade é a alegria.

I didn’t plan to give a dance workshop at Resonance Retreat in Italy, but I felt like it was needed! And judging by the smiles on these faces, I think it was a good move💃🏽

Grateful to all my dance teachers I’ve met along the way for teaching me this language that gives me so much joy!🙏🏼

Hey friends!

I need your help :) I’m doing some research and I’m looking for 5 people to interview.

I’m looking for people who always wanted to write songs, but were afraid to do so for what ever reason. Either thought they don’t have the musical knowledge, the voice…etc you name it :)

So, if you or someone you know sounds like the right person for this research, please send them my way! Just drop me a DM.

And as a little thank you, I’d be happy to offer a singing - songwriting mentoring session in return. 🎶

Talk to me!
Thank you ❤️

When @eliska_vondracek_horehledova asked me to lead a 45-minute workshop on women’s circles, collaborative songwriting and creating a from circle-song improvisation, I wasn’t sure we could fit it all in.

But with such a talented group of women, it all flowed so naturally.

Thank you for your openness, creativity, and inspiration. ❤️ Here’s the short but powerful chorus we created together. 🎶

Now… shall we write some verses? ✨

When women come together, there is real magic.

Thank you, @tiziana.musictree , for bringing all these beautiful people together at Resonance Retreat. 🙏🏼

The past few years have brought their share of challenges for me and so many people I love. Through it all, one thing that has kept me grounded and resilient is my yoga practice. In September, I took a leap and travelled to India to deepen my journey, completing a Yoga Teacher Training at @devvratyogasangha school in beautiful Varkala 🧘🏽‍♀️

As a singer, I’ve always believed the voice is a mirror of who we are, reflecting everything we experience—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. What fascinates me is how yoga and breathwork connect so deeply with the voice. Since the training, I’ve been combining these two worlds, exploring their synergy in my workshops and one-on-one sessions. This is just the beginning of my research, and I’m loving the process of discovery! ✨

🌍 An Exciting First Step 🌍
What I didn’t expect was that my first yoga teaching job would take me to Guarujá, Brazil! 🇧🇷 Teaching in a language I’m still learning is a challenge, but if you know me, you know I’m not afraid to dive in—especially if it’s in Brazil 🥰

From January 4rd to 9th, I’ll be teaching yoga at @arenavita.beachtennis at Praia da Enseada - Guarujá- SP. Combining yoga and breathwork with the holistic practice of voice. If you know anyone in the area, send them my way—it would be a joy to share this with them 🙏🏼

A huge thank you to @janapavanato for this opportunity and @therahulnegi01 & @pandreape for the 📹

Here’s to new beginnings and discoveries that are grounded in our breath 💛💚
