✨ Introducing Voice Your Inspiration ✨

A 3-month online songwriting program to turn your stories, experiences and inspiration into songs.

Through weekly one-to-one sessions, we’ll explore lyrics, melody and harmony as starting points for songwriting, unlock your creativity, and bring your ideas to life.

No previous singing or instrumental experience needed.

By the end, you’ll have written at least 3 original songs and discovered a process you can return to whenever inspiration strikes. 🎶

Songwriting has been one of the greatest gifts in my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

💌 Interested? Send me a DM and let’s write some music together!

@nogaritter @nogaritter.education

We need to join our voices, sing louder than hate, and explore new ways of connecting with one another — without algorithms, without screens, being radically human!

Noga Ritter is one of our special guests for this October gathering. Israeli-born and having lived in England for many years, she recently released the song “Breu” in collaboration with Brazilian singer Chico César, standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Hey friends!

I need your help :) I’m doing some research and I’m looking for 5 people to interview.

I’m looking for people who always wanted to write songs, but were afraid to do so for what ever reason. Either thought they don’t have the musical knowledge, the voice…etc you name it :)

So, if you or someone you know sounds like the right person for this research, please send them my way! Just drop me a DM.

And as a little thank you, I’d be happy to offer a singing - songwriting mentoring session in return. 🎶

Talk to me!
Thank you ❤️

It’s almost impossible to explain what really happens at Music Tree Summer Retreat in a single reel.

Yes, we make music. We move. We improvise. We learn. But that is only the surface.

What truly happens is that teachers begin to meet themselves.

They meet their fears, the parts they’ve been hiding, the stories they’ve been telling themselves for years. But they also discover strengths they didn’t know they had, reconnect with their creativity, and begin to recognise the unique educator they can become.

Every year I watch teachers surprise themselves.

They sing when they thought they couldn’t. They improvise when they believed they needed a script. They take creative risks they never imagined they would. They stop comparing themselves to others and begin to recognise the value of their own voice, their own story, and their own way of teaching.

Before leaving this year, someone said, “See you next summer… actually, hopefully before then.”
Another asked, “Can you bring this to Sydney?” Someone else said, “Next year I’ll tell so many more teachers about this.”

Those words mean everything.

Because the truth is that you cannot understand this retreat by watching videos or scrolling through photos. You have to experience it.
You have to be willing to trust the process, to let yourself be challenged, to support others, and to discover what becomes possible when music, human connection, and cooperation come together.

During our concert on the terrace, I found myself saying something that came straight from my heart:

“I realised this is what I’m meant to do with my life: create these connections.”

Music Tree is still young, but it is growing faster than I ever imagined and I can’t wait to see how many more music teachers it will support to discover not only new ways of teaching, but a deeper sense of who they are - to live a happier and meaningful teaching life.

Thanks is not enough

What a journey.
So many moments of connection, inspiration, silence, laughter, and growth.

Now it's time to let everything settle... to let every insight, every vibration, and every beautiful encounter continue to resonate long after we've gone home.

Grateful beyond words for every soul I met along the way.
Until next time. ✨

5 intense and beautiful days with people from around the world, making music together, dancing, reflecting and learning, playing games, having the most fun and fueling the souls. Non violent communication, body music, circle singing and impro theatre. A lot of percussions to shake our inner thoughts.

Thank you Tiziana Pozzo, Music Tree, thank you #resonanceretreat2026, thank you Música do Círculo, thank you Teatro a Molla, thank you Mauro Faccioli, thank you Noga Ritter.

It was all much needed 🩷
