Something I’ve done for a little while now, but would like to make official and offer my services.

Physique coaching for all abilities. No gimmicks, or fancy marketing. Just process that drives progress.

Shoot me a DM to get in touch.

PCA Novice British Champion 🇬🇧🏆

Impossible to really know what to write here to get it all across. Or even if I can without sounding like a knob 😂 From the weekend of the British finals, to the prep that got me there, the people I’ve met and friendships formed and all the other shit that happens along the way. This has been some of the best months I’ve ever lived.

Fucking gassed

Little breather today, then growing starts Tuesday. Time to get silly big @evolution_training taken in Telford International Centre by @nolessthanprogress

Never really post side shots but actually didn’t mind these so in the spirit of documenting the process here we are.

POA since competing @2brospro_events last Saturday :

Dig Mon - Fri
Any added weight from post show food well gone by now, hit the standard lows by Friday/Saturday morning.

1200c/275p/120f
Saturday and Sunday

Assess where we are at Monday morning but if it follows the previous weeks this will top up a couple lbs of fullness, ready to get back to it the following week.

Likely run one small fill after this, then a good dig for a prep low and some new condition before the final one of the season.

Crack on.

“Einen Mutanten erschaffen”

This is going to be a good one. You’ve probably seen a fair bit of George, immensely proud of his work ethic.

Unfortunately prep was cut short due to a multitude of reasons, wasn’t an easy choice.

This does however, set us up for a dirty big offseason. Skip novices straight to supers. Next time I get to put him on stage it’s going to be as a legit open bodybuilder.

Let’s show em what we can do Georgie.

Posing routine from 2bros

Actually really happy with this. A good 50% was made up the night before and most of the last quarter was made up on the spot but it seems to work 😂

3rd at 2bros 🥉

What a day ! Genuinely over the moon with this placing. Class was absolutely stacked, 12 heads deep. The standard was incredibly high today, everyone up there looked like a seasoned competitor.

Competing with 2bros is different gravy. They work you so hard compared to PCA. Such a sick experience.

Time to head home, rest the body tonight, and get back on the horse tomorrow to prepare for the last one of the season

The MF A Team

Where do I begin ?!

Honestly overwhelmed with the support from the homies. Couldn’t do it without you. The real win is being able to share these moments with the people closest to you.

Can’t thank you all enough.

The morning after …

Potentially my favourite look each year comes the morning after competition. Stress is gone, likely fuller from whatever you’ve had to eat that night (in my case a FAT bowl of oats with all the fun bits on top) and water still hasn’t flooded the rig yet.

We woke up pretty much the same weight we were before we started loading, so opted to eat a fair whack this day and get body weight back up so there was something to draw from for the coming week.

Bounceback was hefty, about 10lbs up but training has felt class this week. Dropped about 3lb a day since Wednesday so looking to be in a similar position for 2bros as we were midlands physique wise.

No expectations for this show, that isn’t my place yet. Just need to stand next to some monsters and see how I compare. Very reduced approach going into this one, need to protect the body so I’m fresh for the last one of the season. by @nolessthanprogress
