The MF A Team

Where do I begin ?!

Honestly overwhelmed with the support from the homies. Couldn’t do it without you. The real win is being able to share these moments with the people closest to you.

Can’t thank you all enough.

What a day yesterday was.

Been an interesting 14months to say the least, since the last time I stepped on stage to the point where competing wasn’t even on the table this year

So to be able to compete at PCA Midlands yesterday against an incredible standard of athletes & walk away with the overall win was something I didn’t really know could happen.

Just want to say thank you to my GOAT @lillywheeler_5 who has been by my side since the beginning, over 6 years deep together. Couldn’t have done it with without her 🐐

Also @tomtaylor_tbt going into our first season, our first show together & it couldn’t have gone any better. The work we have both put in since getting on board with each other has been unmatched & I’m just so grateful to have him by my side.

Many people to thank so a big thank you to everyone who have supported me & messaged me, genuinely doesn’t go unnoticed🫶🏼

Still got work to do, 2 weeks till the next one

Let’s get it, big love ❤️

More gear generally means more muscle... until it doesn't.

There's a point where the dose-response curve peaks, then starts to work against you. More side effects, poorer health, worse training, less progress.

The problem is nobody can tell you exactly where that point is. It's different for every individual.

The goal isn't to race to your limit. It's to build as much muscle as possible while staying on the right side of that curve for as long as you can.
