Flow.. Freedom... Home

New chapters loading 📖

Still learning, still growing, still transforming and learning to trust the process as it unfolds.

Forever blooming. 🌸

One of the biggest things I’ve realised is that freedom comes with letting goooo

Letting go of force.
Letting go of what others are doing and what you think you "should" be doing..
Letting go of what was no longer serving you (as painful as it can be)
Letting go of the comfortable..

And through that, I’ve slowly been finding my way back home to myself.

I’m excited to share more of this journey with you all and hopefully inspire others to return to themselves too along their own unique and special journeys 💛🌿🌸 taken in Morocco, North Africa by @nomadic_holistics

I was born on the 13th…

And growing up, I was always teased about it.

“13 is unlucky.”

“Are you a witch?”

Funny how things come back around 🧙‍♀️

Because lately I've been tuning into women and the knowledge we've carried through generations..

The women who knew the plants ..

Who gathered herbs.

Who made food, remedies and preparations from what grew around them..

Who understood the seasons, the land, the body and the importance of gathering together..

And throughout the witch hunts, many women were accused of witchcraft and punished or killed.

sometimes for being healers, midwives, herbalists, or simply for living outside the roles society had given them.

Honestly, I don't want to romanticise that history but what I would like to do is remember the knowledge..

The intuition..

The creativity..

The nourishment..

The connection to nature..

Every time I come back to our beloved Éire its like it all just comes back to me the same way remembering how to ride a bike or remember a song on an instrument you haven't played in years .. I literally feel it in my blood

The wisdom that lives in our bodies and in our hands is so powerful and I feel like in this removed society, this concrete jungle the majority of the world is living in... The 9-5 desk jobs takes us women away from our true power...

So this Samhain, I'm calling all my sisters…

🌙 Come gather xx

13 women

My home in Ireland 💚

Space of making herbal concoctions, cooking and feasting together, painting, creativity, movement, breathwork, sauna, fires, stories, giggles and connection.

Space to slow down.

To make things with our hands

To nourish each other

And perhaps to remember a little bit of the wild, wise, powerful woman within us.

Calling all sisters

The Witch's Gathering🔥 Samhain 2026🎃

More details to follow.. DM to be the first to get notified when it goes LIVE..

There’s something about these weekends that makes me feel so alive and so connected to other people.

And recently, I’ve noticed my own direction taking a bit of a turn.

The more I travel, the more I come home and really notice what people are eating. I think when we’re surrounded by convenience and constantly being sold cheap, highly processed food, it can become so normal that we stop questioning it .. where it came from, how it was made, what’s actually in it, and what we’re putting into our bodies.

But the more I travel, cook, eat with different communities and spend time around food, the more passionate I become about coming back to the basics.

Good food. Real ingredients. Knowing where things come from. Supporting people who grow and produce our food. Understanding what we’re putting into our bodies.

I can get VERY passionate when a conversation in a room turns to food .. organic vs non-organic, local vs imported, how something was grown, what’s in it, who made it, and what food actually means to us. 😂

And I think that says something about where I’m heading next.

I’m really enjoying tuning back into food .. not just as something we eat, but as a way of connecting with nature, ourselves and each other.

So expect to see a lot more of that around here.

More food. More cooking. More gathering. More getting back to basics. 🌿🍎🔥

And a big thank you to Rosie and the whole Misneach team for letting me be part of this one. 🤍 taken in Sligo, Ireland by @nomadic_holistics

A space to breathe, move, be .. wherever you are and wherever I am ...
This is a space I began 2 years ago and after a long break, I'm back this September ❤️

13 years this year of practise, training, learning , growing, travel and the list goes on.. I have travelled the world to find the best teachers, I have lived in monasteries, ashrams... Numberous silent retreats where I learned from the best and the most authentic people you won't even find in this space...

This is a little space where I share some movement, breathing and meditation practices for you to take a moment for yourself and hopefully bring what you learn into your daily life 💕

I've experienced enough heartbreak and complicated chapters to know that sometimes the hardest part isn't leaving

It's accepting that you deserve to
And the strength to do it

I've stayed when I knew better. I've questioned myself. I've tried to understand, fix, forgive and make things work

And while I wouldn't choose to relive some of those experiences, I also wouldn't erase them.

They've shaped the way I see people. They've given me a deeper understanding of how complicated healing can be. And they've become a huge part of why I'm so passionate about helping people

Breakups are hard ..

But sometimes staying is harder

I know what it's like to stay in something long after a part of you knows it's no longer right.

To make excuses.
To live with anxiety.
To walk on eggshells in your own home.
To slowly lose touch with yourself while trying to keep a relationship together.

Leaving can feel terrifying when you've invested years or months of your life into someone.

But eventually, you have to ask yourself:

What will the next 5 years look like if nothing changes?..

I've had times I wouldn't wish on anyone but I don't regret them

They taught me how to listen to myself.
They taught me what I will and won't accept.
They taught me how to recognise things I couldn't see before.

But deep down under, strength and courage are whats needed in times like this..
And trust in yourself and trust in life...

You know it, deep down you have all the answers, you just need to learn how to listen..

I'm working on something thats not quite ready.. if your still here and this resonates stay following because you might just like it 💛 by @nomadic_holistics

In this fast-changing world, I've been becoming much more intentional about how I'm living, what I'm creating and what I'm choosing to give my energy to ✨️

For most of my life, I've found myself wearing different hats not to mention all the side quests through festivals, film, hospitality and everything in between 🫠🤠

And honestly... thats me, messy, raw, curious .. 💛

I've lived in different countries, studied things that fascinated me, followed completely unexpected paths, worked at festivals and retreats, created with my hands, cooked for communities, lived in random places in dofferent corners of the Earth...and spent years learning about the body, mind and spirit...

And the reason for all this has been a sense of total curiosity... ive always been so curious of life and what it means to be here ..
I have such a wild desire to learn, experience, create, understand, ... and through this eventually share what I discover with other people.

There's also a side of my story that you probably wouldn't guess from looking at my life now.
Sometimes my life can look like sunshine, travel, yoga, nature and endless adventures from the outside...
But I've lived through some much darker chapters too.
For a long time, those parts of my story stayed completely private ..
I'm beginning to feel ready to share some of them ..slowly, and in their own time because they've shaped the way I see people, the way I work, and my deep belief that we are all capable of healing, growing and becoming something new.

Recently, 'm especially interested in staying connected to the land, the people around me and the things that make us feel alive. 🦋
What we eat
How we breathe
How we move
Where our food comes from
How closely we live with nature...

As the world changes faster and faster, I'm becoming more interested in the things that bring us back to what is real.
Community, nature, connection..
And staying true to our own nature while remembering that we're part of something much bigger.
I'll be sharing more of the chapters that brought me here as we go

If you've read this far, thank you 💛
Feel free to drop me a 💌 to connect ✨
