Deze keer op bezoek bij Bartine Market. Even langs, bijkletsen en zien hoe zij het doen. Dít is zo’n plek waarvan je weet dat nomadschai hier gewoon perfect past. Alles is ambachtelijk gemaakt en geselecteerd in de ‘market’. Een bakkerij vast aan de koffiebar is natuurlijk een droom. En wij zijn niet de enige die dat vinden want het werd ook snel erg druk en gezellig binnen.

Yesterday we bottled 2,500 bottles, one by one, all by hand.
And what goes inside is just as honest: no aromas, no “natural flavourings”, no artificial flavourings. All the flavour comes straight from the spices. 🧙‍♂️🌿

Pistachio matcha

Blend some pistachio paste (2 teaspoons) with coconut or hazelnut milk (300ml) and pour over ice in a tall glass.
Add whisked matcha.
Make some cold foam by adding whipping cream and pistachio paste together and whisk till it is a clotted cream.

Scoop some of the foam on top of your iced is pistachio matcha. Add some chai dust.

Banana milk chai

Put a handful of ice in a glass and fill the glass 3/4 with banana milk and 30cl of chai concentrate.
Add some cold foam on top @arlapro_nl and finish with chai dust.

Lychee matcha

Muddle some canned lychee with syrup in a glass. You can also blend it if you hate chunks.
Add 100/150ml milk of choice and ice cubes.
Add whisked matcha on top and enjoy.
Its a surprising combination! by @nomadschai
