OCTOBER 30TH ECSTATIC DANCE COSTUME PARTY

We have a powerhouse of an experience waiting for you.

The one & only @sakina.soma starting the experience with breathwork to take you deep into the space of your awareness that speaks without words

@rypsy_gypsy leading an improv warmup to step outside of who you box yourself in as & become whoever you want

@flintblade throwing down looping live music with nasty electronic rhythms that sweeps you off your feet into a portal of trance on the dance floor

& ending the journey with a delicious & soothing sound bath by @sakina.soma that wraps up the whole experience into reflection & integration

What to bring:

Wow, the 4th ecstatic equinox was complete in f l o w & connection🍃

From the animal game by @tantric.dan to the contact improv workshop by @funbeam & @beinganddoingwithevan and all the space between with the pool, the special tea space by @krister_martinez , @morganluminary energy healing, @antvieiraaa with fascia manuevers was all epic in itself. 🔥

And the 2hr with b2b dj’s @animanimane & @arshawty.too that was uplifting & playful into the night

What a way to ring in the next season🫶🏼

Thank you all for creating the magic. Thank you all for your weirdness, rawness, & realness. Showing up & giving the dance floor your sorrows & your joy. Bc baby, we’re all human & we’re all on some kind of ride.

I almost didn’t swim in the ocean this morning.
I almost said, “next time.”

Thoughts traveled back to my first trip to Europe & how many times I was in a cool place with a cool opportunity & I told myself, “next time.”

There’s no next time.

What if this is the last time? What if we embraced every moment like it’s the first?

There is only now.

Our brains function as a predicating machine, predicting that if we’ve been here once we’ll probably be here again.

No. There’s no next time.

And so I decided on a somewhat chilly morning here in Jacksonville Beach, to swim like I’ve never experienced a sunrise in the ocean. Curious, playful, present, in awe.

And then these super kind strangers came up to me just as I was about to leave, and said they got some super dope photos of me in the ocean. Haha! So beautiful. Thank you kind strangers🥹🦋

I’m often moving through perspectives in my life, wondering how I could look at this differently. How can i feel more alive? How can i turn this challenge into a story of the grand novel of life?

I’m grateful these kind people, Casey & Casey (haha) captured a moment of me walking through a different perspective. One that I’ll remember even more now😇

There’s no next time friends. Remember what Pochahantus said: You can never step in the same river twice. Embrace each moment as the delicious surprise that each moment is. Do et. Love et.

We are sooooo excited to bring you through this experience.

Full of connection, play, deep conversations, play, pool, play, rain or shine, play, broken toe, play, cacao, play, tea, play & dance, dance, DANCE baby!!

These events have been like church for us. Praying to ourselves, loved ones, the community, the space all around, to love, to life. I’m always walking away feeling so lifted & fresh- ready to embrace all of life’s challenges & blessings.

Ancient Waters Ecstatic Dance Recaaaaaap✨

Wow. Still in awe of what a magical & connective night this was. The dance floor had never felt so juicy, so alive, with @sachafoxx ‘s rhythms being the glue that held us together. The vibes that brought us together, closer & closer with each passing beat. From the beginning, into the slow rise, into absolutely chaos on the dance floor, into the soothing end.

I remember there were no words playing in my head. Only feeling. Only breath. Only love for every person there.

And into @the_troy_story3 and Sacha’s beautiful sound bath that refined the sweet bliss we found in the speakers, into the soothing bliss from instruments & voice. W.o.w.

I think the night starting off with @antvieiraaa leading us through fascial maneuvers as a warm up had a big part in setting us up on a clear foundation. We stretched & breathed out energy built up, stuck, that we no longer needed to connect more deeply with ourselves. And each other.

So soo precious.

Big shout out to @theprophet.ess for the beautiful captures of the night📸

@llavidadealle for the sweet & intentional adornments of temporary metalic tattoos & tribal markings to lead us into the night

@kenissacox & @8keomi8 for getting everyone checked in & saged before entering the portal

This is more than a dance. This is a celebration of being alive. A celebration of being together. A celebration of you- exploring your inner & outer world as you are.

I’m soul in awe & grateful for what we’re building together, here in Orlando.

First freestyle recorded baby!

Thank you @kevinmay222 and @habibivillage for creating the space for people to freestyle on the mic @trancendance.yoga fest! I can’t tell you how scared I was to try!! I’m soouull grateful the microphone was passed around bc I can’t say that I would have tried.

And boy have I been bit. Now i’m in my car, in the shower, by the lake, anywhere! Just giving it a go and letting words flow. I’m discovering thoughts, desires, perspectives, random words that go together… all from trusting and letting it flow.

You know why??
Because I’m permanently banned from worried land
And really, i only have 2 options now
Take action or trust & allow

Ecstatic Equinox fall 2026 edition is live dancers😘

This is more than a dance.
This is an experience, dancing between worlds.

Two DJs, @animanimane and @arshawty.too are playing back to back ecstatic dance waves. The purpose? A deeper trance into the dance. Shake off stagnant energy & egoic tendencies; dance into the space that speaks without words. A space that can only be felt✨
