Cheers to the first and last time you can find me bartending. Too stressful for me but such a good time raising $200K+ for @newhouse_kc. Thank you to everyone who donated, showed up or was hungover for 48 hours minimum as a result of supporting me. Biggest shout out to @brunchqueenbee for signing is up to do this and being the best co-bartender! And to my sister/manager @sarahfreyman9 for being the best support girl out there. taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @norafreyman

IN:
•dressing up like Barbie to raise money for a cause you really care about
•being an advocate for victims of domestic violence
•truly believing you are worthy of love and all the good things this world has in store for us
•letting me be your bartender and probably accidentally over pouring your drink at the @newhouse_kc worthy pop up bar on Friday March 1 from 6-8 pm
•buying tickets or donating rn bc can you imagine making a plan to leave an unsafe situation - how scary it would be - and not knowing where you’re going to go. @newhouse_kc needs our support. They are KCs first domestic violence shelter and the only one in our urban core.
•doing this with my co Barbie bartender @brunchqueenbee

OUT:
•not dressing up as Barbie when you’re told to arrive biz casual
•waiting to buy tickets - this will sell out
•sitting on the sidelines as our community continuously needs you to use your voice, dollars and time to advocate and volunteer for what you care about.

Seriously, if you can- please join us on Friday 3/1 for a worthy pop up bar. Brooke and I will be pouring cocktails and mocktails from 6-8 pm and probably dressed as a diff Barbie that night. Link in bio to purchase tickets or donate. Make sure you put our names for bartenders you’re supporting. Thank you for supporting us and this incredibly important cause.

My Roman Empire is signing up for crazy themed activities and then letting @theposhkc work their magic. Shout out to @a_g_styling @drewboyd1 for making my confidence level reach Barbie levels.

Remember, we’re all worthy of healthy relationships. ❤️

Everyone has a superpower. @sarahfreyman9s is finding a good deal. In the event you missed the fully documented series on how we went to the airport at 3:30 am to catch a flight without a hotel reservation, Instagram made me this recap reel and it makes me laugh so I hope the same is true for you. This is not an ad for @hotwire secret deals, but it should be. We are very much open to doing this again as a paid partnership. #miami #305 @surfcomberhotel taken in South Beach, Miami, Florida by @norafreyman

A moment of appreciation for the one time this decade I look like I didn’t roll out of bed and go straight to work. This was a day of celebration - we’re launching a new partnership with @parami.us and @lpsawit helped us model the new line. New drop coming soon… or whatever the cool kids say. taken in ParaMi.US by @norafreyman

When asked what his favorite part of his birthday was, he said being here. ❤️ Couldn’t agree more. Happy tears to celebrate turning a few years more than 21 and all the progress he’s made. Cheers to our ping pong king on so many more years of health and happiness. taken in St. Louis, Missouri by @norafreyman

New @kcbizjournal hardware needed a permanent spot on the feed. See LinkedIn for more dets.

Humor aside, this honor means so much to me but the best part is knowing that there are incredible people in my circle like Chris Rosson who will forever believe in me more than I believe in myself. Beyond honored to be named a #kc Business Journal NextGen Leader alongside so many talented folks.

The only “in my comfort zone” part of this recognition is the part where I support local businesses and make sure my hair and makeup is on point. Shoutout to @theposhkc for always helping me boost my confidence levels. taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @norafreyman

I took a way a lot from @hmchorus @disney #pride in concert tonight. But the most important thing was from @j_doram speech - “please care”. On the darkest of days and the best of days, we have to care about each other. That’s the only way this world will get better.

I care about you. Yes, you. I want you to keep fighting for your light and for the better days ahead. Sometimes I’m not good about vocalizing it but know I care about you, I love you and I’m glad you’re here. ❤️

This was my first @hmchorus show and I’m embarrassed it’s taken me so long to get to one of their magical shows. You can absolutely catch me at the next ones. And sitting in the audience thinking, @j_doram name sounded familiar. Then finding out @adamvinos and team recruited him here to teach our beautiful #kc students. We are so lucky to have such incredible people in our community. Go see this show, it’s an absolute must. Thank you to all the creatives who made this show happen - it’s beautiful, full of love and so magical. And a big shout out to @nicolebissey for telling me it’s a can’t miss show. taken in Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts by @norafreyman
