From college, to rehearsals, performances, work, and just about every chapter of life in between, I genuinely cannot imagine doing all of this without the incredibly talented @rylieanntaylor (now I won’t mess up your name on flight tickets because that last name is CORTES!). Rylie is the sweetest human, and the most trustworthy, genuine soul. She is fierce, wickedly talented at all things, and makes me question every life choice when I buy her a gift because she is sooo good at giving gifts.

We’ve spent years doing shows together, and navigating the chaos of life. We’ve grown up together in so many ways, and getting to watch you marry the love of your life was one of the most beautiful moments of all.

From our college days (of barely knowing each other) to figuring out adulthood (still working on that one), you’ve been such a constant in my life and my first true Chicago friend. Kyle @k.a.cortes -as you said last night-I love you separatley as well. I love how much you love my husband and how the four of us fit like a perfect pair. I love your talent, drive, and unmatched determination. Everyone last night talked about how gentle you are, but I love seeing your strong will and fierce nature in real time, and getting a front row seat to that.

And after all the productions, late nights, ridiculous stories, winning trivia and memories we’ve made, I think getting to celebrate you as a couple might be one of my favorite shows yet. 🥹

When I was a junior in high school, I went to a speech sectional to support a teammate, and I happened to be in a round where Nicole was performing. She was so talented, captivating, and the most natural performer I had ever seen. I specifically remember going up to her after the round and telling her how well she did. Funny how when we traced it all back years later, Harry was also in that room watching that same round, along with 3 other of our now close friends. We were strangers then: I had no idea that, all these years later, we would be teammates, live together for a year, and stand beside each other at our weddings.

Celebrating Nicole and Rohil was a beautiful reminder of why we believe in love in the first place. The love they share is the kind that will be remembered for generations. They TRULY fit perfectly together and I couldn’t be more honored to witness their love & families.

And to my Juan: You and Nicole walked down the aisle together at my wedding, so getting to walk down the aisle with you at Nicole’s was incredibly special. A few seasons from now, you already know Nicole and I will be ready to walk down the aisle at yours.
