BACH WEEKEND - DAY 1

The feeling of belly laughing with tears in your eyes around a kitchen island with your best friends should be bottled and sold.

These girls made me feel like an absolute queen all weekend for our little city stay-cation and I couldn’t be more grateful. I have the best friends in the whole world. 💍🤍

Trying to figure out where to start? 🤔💭

We offer A TON of class formats which can make it tricky when picking out your classes. Here's a little breakdown!

START WITH ✅
AIR Foundation - think workout + hammock
AIR Flow - yoga + hammock
Candlelit AIR Flow - restorative yoga + hammock + dark room
AIR Sculpt - a mat class to build up aerial specific muscles
Splits weekly workshops- flexibility + strength

THEN TRY ⭐️
AIR Core - workout blast to get you stronger
AIR Intermediate - skills breakdown + advanced workout

GRAND FINALE 🏁
AIR Advanced - advanced sequencing, conditioning, + skills

We understand wanting to go to the next level right away, but give yourself time to build strength. Intermediate and advanced classes go best with a strong foundational practice to back them! Even our strongest clients regularly mix foundation into their weekly schedules.

Think you're ready for the next level but feeling nervous? Talk to your AIR Trainer! They can guide you to specific skills and drills you might want or give you the confidence boost you're looking for!!

Worried you aren't advancing fast enough? Everyone's journey at AIR looks a little different! Our AIR Trainers will help you achieve your goals on your own timeline!
