things i did this summer:

1. finally played at @ffffrat for the first time

2. drank one million beers

3. graduated law school(?!?!?!)

4. played at shooters with an old man ( @randoneljaga )

5. ate a gigantic kebab in krakow

6. went to vilnius by myself and saw @partiboi69 live

7. slept for 3 hours went to @welovegrind the day after 💀

8. went to i land sound by myself for the first time and saw many talented people (i mean the man dancing on top of another man, not @funkomatikmusic ew)

9. but actually saw my extremely talented friends play at i land sound

10. drove a caravan for the first time

11. played at @halltallinn for the first time

12. went to berlin for the rave the planet parade

13. danced in 35 degrees for 5 hours

14. drank limoncello at 12 o’clock in the morning

15. went to an open air set in the middle of my hometown’s old town

16. threw a party with my friends and had some fun behind the decks

17. played with @marksamuel.wav for so many times that we started to dance in sync

18. did an opening set for mija at hall

as you can see i had a lot of firsts this summer. as much as i’m a bit sad to leave this crazy life in estonia for a while, i’m also super excited to start my journey in berlin. but i just want to say thank you to everyone who has invited me to play my music, who’s given me those opportunities and especially to you who danced and listened. i will come back to my home country with new energy and fresh ideas and keep contributing to the nightlife scene. but for now, i can’t wait for what the capital of the electronic music will offer me and what kind of new opportunities will open🩶 by @norapuldis

Yesyesyes! Our local finesse!
✦ NORA + QSLAP ✦
04.09 - HALL
KONTRAST 004

Both very much at home in the faster and groovier corners of our local scene.

Behind @trakrekords , QSLAP has been doing his part in keeping Tallinn moving - as a DJ, producer and promoter, with a soft spot for fast percussion, hardgroove and techno with a playful edge. Lately, we’ve been hearing a few other sides of him behind the decks too, moving freely between genres and into slightly less expected territory. Say less!

Law student by day, high BPM enthusiast by night, NORA comes at it from the dancefloor up. A dedicated dancer and proper music head, she’s been making her way through both Tartu and Tallinn, with the last couple of years pulling her deeper into techno and nightlife. Her sets run on bass, groove and quick genre shifts, having a proper dialogue with the dancefloor. There’s an intuition to the way she plays - reading the room, knowing when to accelerate and, most importantly, keeping people in motion. Dance till you sweat!

Local favourites for a reason.
Yours to witness between HALL walls next week!
