[Mental Wellness Day @ North West]

Had a very meaningful afternoon at Mental Wellness Day @ North West at @northpointsg, where residents came together to learn more about mental wellness and how we can better support one another.

I had the opportunity to tour the various booths and interactive exhibits, as well as engage with families & community partners.

Also participated in a Shrink Art workshop specially organised by our very own @neesoonlink Community Arts & Culture Club! An enjoyable and creative activity that reminded us that taking time to express ourselves, connect with others and simply enjoy the moment can also contribute to our mental well-being.

Let’s continue to look out for one another in our communities & in our neighbourhoods.

They say the digital age keeps us glued to our screens. But this week, our North West community showed that real wellness starts with real connection. 💙

Over two days at Northpoint City, Mental Wellness Day @ North West brought residents, partners and healthcare experts together to explore what it means to thrive in a digital age — through interactive exhibits, hands-on booths, and honest conversations about looking out for one another online.

A heartfelt thank you to our Mayor Mr Alex Yam, Special Guests Dr Syed Harun Alhabsyi and Ms Lee Hui Ying, content creator @runnerkao, and all our partners. 🫶

Swipe through to relive the moments 👉 and stay tuned — there's a way for YOU to join in very soon. 👀

A little support can make a meaningful difference. ❤️

At North West Service Weeks, our residents picked out everyday essentials that matter most to them and their families.

From daily necessities to their favourite picks, each item is a reminder of how our community can come together to support residents in need.

You can make a difference too. Every contribution helps us continue supporting residents in #OurNorthWest.
